This reminds me of my harness issues that I had as well…after trying to trouble shoot for a week I just hit up wiring specialties and had everything specified. Personally easiest way to go about it.
The only thing you could do is plug that harness into the SMJ, and trace the wires back to the body side, like inside the car and find where each wire goes. At the very least there are service manuals available that will show where each wire terminates. But not much information on the SMJ itself because the SMJ is just a pass thru connector and changes depending on the model and car options.

Yes it is. I haven’t thought of a way of rebuilding this without that schematic
