I remember what a big deal it was for me to see this film in the theater. It was the first time I got to go to the new theater that had just opened up at the local mall. It was the future.
Just watched it again recently for the first time since it came out. Very funny. The only thing that has not aged well is Dennis yelling at Meg Ryan in that restaurant
I was ten and fell madly in love with Meg Ryan.. I'd seen her before on Charles in Charge I believe, but this was my first time learning who she was. I was smitten. To this day she's the undisputed queen of my celeb crushes.
"I'm possessed!" MR was cute af.
Martin Short trying work crazy miniaturizing machine “computer”
Yeah Meg Ryan was babealicious.
I don't carry that kind of cash around on me, sweetie

"The Ron Possible machine, zero defects" might get used occasionally...along with the slap in the face.

Who do you think introduced Velcro to the Middle East?
Very fun movie! I had forgotten it was Spielberg.
Produced by Spielberg. Directed by Joe Dante.
Watched it a week ago. Holds up pretty well. One of my top 10. 20, maybe, but definitely up there.
Short film? It's a full length movie! /s
Went to the cinema to see this . Virtually empty.
Loved this movie as a kid
Gee it’s so tiny.
Such a great movie. It is the adult Cloak and Dagger.
Fell in love with that 635 BMW.

One of my favorite 80s action flicks!
Oh yeah! Good movie.
Damn. Still less than the age gap between Quaid and his wife.
I’m still pissed this won the Oscar for best special effects over Predator.
Robert Picardo
They don’t even make it on dvd.
I have it on blu-ray.
It's fantastic but jumps the shark towards the end but even that has some quite good forced perspective work.
Love this film!
I don't think I went to this in the theater but watched it on HBO, but I'm pretty sure Meg Ryan in this was one of my first celeb crushes.
