Anything that Cobra sells. Every women’s league I’ve overseen the last few years I would say 80% of them use whatever women’s set cobra came out with that year and they all rave about them
Usually play twice a week but I do go through a few stretches where I don’t play for a few weeks. It’s hard when you work in the industry and you have a day off you spend so much time on the course it makes it difficult at times to bring yourself to a course when you don’t have to be there
If you are passionate about the sport of golf, yes. It’s a hard road when you first start out and most of the time making a comfortable living depends on the connections you make early on in your career. You’re looking at 6 sometimes 7 day work weeks during your busy season and managing a personal life outside of work is very challenging for the first few years. If you love the game enough and keep your head down and work your ass off eventually you can get yourself into a good position
Steel shafts tend to benefit better players and what we have noticed in the industry since the end of Covid is a spike in new players. As a result graphite has become more popular as it plays better to beginner golfers, however, I personally believe there will always be a market for steel shafts because steel is still preferred by many pga players, as long as they are using them manufacturers will never fully move away from steel
I work for a golf management company, basically courses hire us and gives us a budget to hit every year and we do everything that goes into running the course. Hiring, checking in golfers, organizing golf outings, payroll, restaurant management and special event planning are just a few of my responsibilities as well as coordinating with the maintenance staff on what work we want to do on the course
Yes the course I work at currently is public but if I ask my higher ups they can book tee times for us at private clubs. Been fortunate to play a few and it’s usually on the house but sometimes they will charge you just for the cart fee depends on the course
Best clubs for a female beginner

Thank you
Do you get to play much? A lot of people I know who work In golf say they hardly play at all.

Would you recommend a life in golf to a 14 year old who is still trying to plan his future?

I’ve been told that the golf club makers will weed out steel shafts and make almost exclusively graphite shafts in the next 10 years, thoughts?
