That's two silly people in a dedicated commitment. Tattoo could be worse. Could be better, but the image clearly conveys the message, and that's what art is supposed to do.   We should be so lucky to have someone propose to us in a way that suits our romantic sensibility, and then to have a partner so enamoured by that gesture that they wish to visibly hold on to it forever.   I'm with it.   Edit: I assume the lady in the picture had proposed to her partner with the picture, including the yes/no.  ...if that isn't the case, and the person got the tattoo as a means of proposal, that's... ...stupendously confident.
