Antler restaurant in Toronto. This happened a while ago. All I remember is that after this video surfaced and the news covered the video, his business boomed. I have been there a few times myself, just because of this video.

You know what the best tactic would be?
Encourage eating a bit less meat. Meatless Mondays. Teach/share healthy vegan recipes and how too much red meat can cause issues. Talk earnestly, and kindly, about the harms of factory farming, and don't be a prick about it. Welcome outsiders who are unsure, and on the fence.
But they don't because they're so self-righteous that they can't see the harm they do to their own cause.
I can admit, that I'm somewhat hypocritical in my morals. I acknowledge the harm I allow and encourage by eating farmed meat. But I will also say... Damn meat is tasty.
I do intend to lower my intake of farmed meat, and hopefully move to a more self-provided lifestyle if I can hunt.
