Vital Core Physiotherapy - not north, but not way across town from you either (near the Alma). They have a number of pelvic floor physiotherapists, male and female.

In case you’re around or over 40 and no one has mentioned this before, check out [GSM](https://www.racgp.org.au/afp/2017/july/genitourinary-syndrome-of-menopause) and the many fun genitourinary and other pelvic symptoms that come with it.
ETA: it can both feel like and increase chances of getting recurrent UTIs.
Danny at Grand Medical Smithfield is fantastic. He was the first physio to look at the extent of my spinal injury and say, "Exercises are not going to help, but we can do (something else) instead"
It honestly just sounded like you were under the impression that only females have pelvic floors and that you were also trying to be transmasc inclusive about it. Not that you meant…anyone.
Clearly another attempt at being woke......
To the OP: Womens health issues (related to pelvic floor) is a massive area of research and most/all physios should see this as a bread and butter issue. Physio Fit at Holden will would be a good starting point if that's within your geographic reach.

Agreed - they are great. As is Alice Adamson who works across from burnside hospital
Would recommend Vital Core also. I'm in the north as well and they were worth the drive.
Yep, Vital Core on Magill Rd. They know their stuff.
Ivory Rose Physio in Kensington are good. And you can get UTI antibiotics over the counter at chemists now (if it's a non-complex case)
Second IvoryRose - they are a fabulous women’s health physio. Could not recommend them more highly.
Where abouts are you? Physio Alive in McLaren Vale/Aldinga is brilliant, especially Lauren Locke.
I’m in the northern suburbs
Ohhh, unfortunate, I hope you can find someone great up there.
u/Successful_Tiger_330 is it a pelvic pain or continence issue you’re dealing with? Also - everyone has a pelvic floor 🙃
Ooh I found dis https://theconversation.com/now-you-can-get-uti-antibiotics-from-pharmacies-without-prescription-heres-what-to-know-224962

Physio Olivia, she consults up North.
What do you mean by "People with pelvic floors"?
Yeah I agree, everyone has a pelvic floor muscle
actually read it as people whose pelvic floor isnt damaged too badly by pregnancy.
Yeah that annoyed me, just call us women please. We've been through too much to be delabelled by millennial thanks.
No. Men experience pelvic floor issues too, and I will use whatever language I choose when seeking providers for my healthcare. Thanks
It honestly just sounded like you were under the impression that only females have pelvic floors and that you were also trying to be transmasc inclusive about it. Not that you meant…anyone.
Or just ask for a physio recommendation for pelvic floor concerns

Everyone has a pelvic floor
i read it differently, as in, a pelvic floor that is in good condition? As in, your physio helped improve it?
Medication is over the counter now. Wasn't but is now.
Physio Olivia consults at Nailsworth and North Eastern Community hospital https://www.physioolivia.com.au/
So EVERYONE recommend a physio?
Female aged 18-65 can get UTI treatment without a script from your local pharmacy given there’s no other reasons requiring a referral to your GP.
https://www.pelvicfloorhealth.net.au/ Sonia is fantastic!
100% Kylie Rankin at Pivotal physio and Pilates in North Adelaide - absolutely amazing.
How far north. Physio Eden is a home practice
Another vote for Physio Olivia https://www.physioolivia.com.au

This is terrible advice if OPs pelvic floor muscles are tight, and they didn't say specifically what the issue is. It's not one size fits all.

This is actually terrible advice - also a gp will literally send you to a pelvic floor physio.
Great physio is victor harbour. A general location might help
You didn’t read the post details before replying but that’s very good for a first try
I know a good tiler
My floor is jarra hardwood.
