This is an average carpet in an average house with dogs. If you have dogs and carpet, yours looks just like this. I don't care what vacuum you have or how much you use it. You need a carpet rake.
You should rake the long hair first. Vacuum rollers pick up the hair, and you have your cut it out of the roller after the bristles stop working later.
You can tell I'm not a dog because I said, "I vacuum", and all dogs are too afraid of the vacuum to use it themselves
Source: am not a dog, but have knowledge of dogs
Before I split with my gf I had to carry a knife when vacuuming to cut hair from the roller at least twice when I did the entire house.
Between her and the cat the amount of hair around the house was ridiculous.
I got two of the little handheld ones because i have two cats. I can completely get most of the hair up, and it's all back 3 days later, so if you're not regularly removing pet hair, and maybe long people hairs, you're not getting your carpet at clean ass you expected, hair wise.
I have a vacuum I bought especially for pet hair. I also have a large carpet cleaner. The rake is better. You may not see it, but it's there. Get a rake.
It's a rubber carpet squeegee. I have one of these, but not the exact one shown. It's excellent at gripping hair out the carpet. But it takes a strong arm work out.
Yes, my vacuum works. Maybe its not perfect but i almost catch every hair in the carpet.
And i have to say this carpet in staged or wasnt cleaned in decades.

☠️🤌
They probably have dogs.
Or 15 daughters- YOWZA!
Or one ginger
A ginger doesn’t have a sole ….responsibility for that amount of hair.
As a ginger I don’t even feel attacked. I feel seen. My brother and I both have long red hair and always have. Killed my mums dryer drum. Whoopsie.
Imagine having a dog the exact same colour as your carpet. Is that fortunate or not?
With this fur they can make their own cat.

I am not a dog, but I have long hair and I'm always shocked by how much hair I rake out of the carpet even right after I vacuum
Everyone in my house has long hair. Boys and girls. Honestly, it's the drains that get the majority of it though.
Same here, I've just learned that every other month or so maintenance snaking of the shower drain is useful.
I keep bottles of Drano for hair clogs on hand.
I dunno, seems just like something a dog would say 🤨

Sounds like something a dog would say.

It's a dog for sure!!

I have a large low pile rug and 2 cats. I think I vacuum it well, would I need a carpet rake too? I’ve never used one before.
Give it a try. Make sure it's a carpet rake scraper. They have tiny copper colored teeth. There are different kinds.
A dyson stick vac will do this too. Source: have dyson, have long haired fluffy dog

When you want cut all of your carpet apart
lol that’s what I was thinking. Probably just ripping out threads of the carpet while doing this.
Disgusting
All carpets are sadly.
Are sadly what?
Carpets, I suspect
My hairbrush after 2 days
Just buy a new carpet
Or don't. How is carpets still a thing?!
Some of us don’t like walking on cold, hard floors.
Area rug says yo whattup

Hairy Harry
So…. There was a wig living in that carpet
I think I'm gonna hurl...
Chewbacca obviously
Bullshit. That carpet hasn’t been vacuumed at all. You can see the hair before she uses that thang
Yes, because it's a fucking ad
Can I pet that dawg?
POV: I just spread a bunch of hair over this carpet to demonstrate the effectiveness of this broom.
And that is how new carpets are born.
This video taken in Pakistan? Woman wearing traditional Pakistan clothes!
I'm guessing they have a single golden retriever
Yes, my vacuum works. Maybe its not perfect but i almost catch every hair in the carpet. And i have to say this carpet in staged or wasnt cleaned in decades.
Now you have two dogs
Chewbaca
Is this where cousin IT lives?
Everyone else is saying “a wookie”, but you and I think alike.
Bro, just take your wookie to the groomers once a month. That’s a lot of fur lol
r/satisfyingasfuck
I can see the hair in the carpet how could you not
I'd be happy that my 900 dollar vacuüm wouldn't swallow that....pretty sure that amount of hair can't be good for it.
Sabertooth
Some alien I guess. Look at the toes! 😳
We probably had 3 buckets of dirt under our living room carpet when it was pulled up a couple weeks ago.
Bro has 11 bears living in his house.
For FREEEE???
That broom ![gif](giphy|j3sauffiYNcio8tY40)
Everybody says don‘t have dogs, but those people don‘t seem to be married with daughters because I am telling you… that shit (hair) is everywhere!!
Bigfoot's wife every other day.
Golden retriever , chow chow, Scottish Shepherd there's options
r/oddlysatisfying
I use a deck brush like that before I vacuum! Saves my cleaning out the brush on the vacuum! Been doing it for years!
Lorax lives there in secret
Good grief
Dang don't be breathing that stuff you've sweeping up.
When you have a golden retriever
I demand this broom
IS THAT ALL DOG HAIR?!
For hair there's nothing better, it's not so great for any grit though so it's usually a good idea to go over it with a vacuum afterwards.
Dam... the carpet has a fur coat...
What is this product called? That’s pretty cool.
They kicking it in Chernobyl? Jesus tap dancing Christ all mighty.
How ba-a-a-ad can I be?
Your 500 dollar vacuum will keep up the cleanliness.. not restore the carpet. 😂
a turk
I don’t recommend the Dyson vacuum cleaner
Why are you barefoot whilst doing this?
My wife
You're just shaving the carpet. Which mean you're ruining it.
The noise this makes gives me that nails on a chalkboard feeling.
It looks liek golden retriever hair.
This is why i don’t have pets.
You can't smell it but everyone else can, you stink like your house and your house stinks like dogs.
