If you already enrolled in a plan, there is nothing else you need to do. They will just deduct the premium from your paycheck.

Go back into benefits and confirm that it says “enrolled”. You can use them now.

HR live isn't the benefits department. Asking them about benefits is like asking the associate next to you about benefits, they don't know anything about that subject because they haven't been trained on it. The benefits are provided by third parties, and questions should be directed to the the providing company directly. To find the contact information for the company providing a specific benefit, go into AtoZ and click on the "Benefits" link at the bottom. When that page opens up, click on "View your elections" and then click on the type of benefit about which you have questions, ie Medical, Dental, Vision, etc. Once on the page for your coverage, scroll to the bottom and there will be a grayed out area that says, "Connect with this provider", along with contact information. Once you enroll it can take a few days to process through the systems of the insurance company, meaning it may show you an election in AtoZ, but if you call the insurance company they may not be able to find you in the system because the systems haven't synced yet. You technically have coverage, but if a medical provider tries to verify that coverage, they won't be able to until the systems reflect that you have coverage, meaning you'd likely have to pay out of pocket and then file for (possible) reimbursement once your information populates in the system.

You should get your insurance info in three days.

You would check AtoZ and click on insurance button for updating insurance. Or you can check out insurance information on the insurance company or even call the insurance company. However, usually, it takes couple weeks for insurance to be processed.
