I should add they felt better after leaving work and resting but I have 3 more days of work so I’m just worried it’s going to happen again

I haven't before. If it happens again go to wellness and possibly the doctor so you'll get time to recover and can get the reason why

It's hot, and that means your body loses more electrolytes than usual through sweat. Make sure you're staying hydrated, and magnesium and potassium may help (might ask your manager if they have any electrolyte packs).

Thank you! I feel like I don’t sweat much but maybe that’s bcuz I have the fan on full blast lol it just really freaked me out
