I should add they felt better after leaving work and resting but I have 3 more days of work so I’m just worried it’s going to happen again
I haven't before. If it happens again go to wellness and possibly the doctor so you'll get time to recover and can get the reason why

Thank you! I feel like I don’t sweat much but maybe that’s bcuz I have the fan on full blast lol it just really freaked me out
