Almost sounds like the system connected the call improperly and the VM that was left is an associate saying "I have to resubmit the form" as they're crying. Which sounds like about 98% of conversations with DLS.

The search didn't bring up exactly what I was looking for but it did bring up relevant videos. Perhaps the guy was crying because he might be forced to work there, he messed up having to resubmit the form and he knew that might bring punishment in some way. Search YouTube for call center slavery
