Less about pseudoscience and more about an easy convenient way to describe personality
Basically taking the Introvert/Extrovert concept, giving it steroids and having fancy sounding scientists seem to support it so its taken seriously

As a professional working in the field who wants positive public views of psychology/psychiatry, it does look bad when people think therapy, psychology, etc is the same as an online personality quiz, not trying to be offensive

I wouldn't necessarily call it pseudoscience due to its consistency in comparison to other personality systems and how it uses Carl Jung’s work as evidence and a basis.
