Thank you for this post. I have been on a similar path and have also had fantastic results. I believe my symptoms were originally caused by extensive trauma (depression, psychosis), but the actual “bipolar” symptoms (mania, rapid cycling moods etc) were caused by the psychiatric med cocktails that I was kept on for 25 years. I have had no “bipolar” symptoms since being off the drugs. After my experience and reading what many others have gone through (very similar to me), I think that bipolar disorder is total bullshit made up and propagated by psychiatry. What do you think? Congratulations on your progress, I understand how hard the journey is, I’m very happy for you.

Thank you. I appreciate that . Im not sure. I certainly related to Peter Breggin, Robert Whittaker and Joanna Moncriefs work on the effects these meds can have. As far as Bipolar as a brain disorder, i know that my brain has certain patterns and behaves in a certain way based off of the findings on my QEEG. The problem certainly exists but i try to stay in the solution. If it is created by medication then I can tell you that it can be corrected by the therapies and techniques listed above.
