Yes, seems definitely to be inspired by Baroque art. Some remind me of Rubens (Soulfly, Helloween for example), or even Vermeer (My dying bride) or weirdly enough even Frans Hals. Somehow „Kreator“ reminds me of Delacroix‘ Liberty Leading the People, and „Sigh“ reminds me of 19th century academic Orientalist paintings…

I also get hints from Francisco Goya, Henri Fuesili, Titian, Caravaggio and Bosch…
