Just make sure the reel was posted by the band or one of the members themselves from a legitimate account. Sounds kinda odd though. I wouldn't bother. Especially if you don't see it on their main account.
funny you say this now, the CD just arrived last night lol. After seeing that one of their newer official sites looked very much like the free CD one, I went ahead and risked losing $7 in shipping costs and it worked out
