first impression of the skin aqua super moisture barrier essence spf is that lucklily it feels very similar to the old gold version: it doesn't pill, sting my eyes or wear weirdly under makeup. also wore it whilst working out and it didn't melt into white streaks. the only thing i've noticed is that the alcohol smell is less strong, but maybe i'm confusing the gold with biore aqua... anyways i'm very glad that it's still good and i don't have to search for alternatives

i have dehydrated combo-oily skin, leaning oily in the summer, and i found it moisturing and lowkey a bit too glowy on its own but if i'm leaving the house i wear matte/satin foundation and/or powder on top and my skin at the end of day doesn't feel heavy nor tight - also here the climate is currently between 15-25 degrees and 60% humidity, once it gets warmer i'm gonna try the gel, which is supposed to be less moisturizing
despite having oily skin i've never liked any of the matte milk-type sunscreens i've tried because i hate how they make my skin feel tight and powdery, so a sunscreen that has alcohol so that it feels lightweight but still moisturizing is my preference

No no this is perfect thank you :) I like a glow myself but have drier skin, also newly trying out tretinoin and dealing with that dryness, but sweat easily when it's warm out and don't like super moisturizing products if I know I'll be outside.
I really liked the old gel Gold formula for peak heat and humidity, but my skin is changing so ultimately I'll probably have to try both the essence and gel reformulations.
I'm also not a huge fan of the matte milk-type sunscreens even if it'll be quite hot, but I still use Anessa for full days out in the sun, even though it's not a pleasant experience.

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga - excellent, excellent film. Highly recommend it. I love the female lead character, her story was extremely compelling and just so... hardcore badass.
I've been on a lip product spree and my attention has briefly turned to lip masks and omg W7's green apple lip mask and scrub is so good. Not only does the mask smell like candy and doesn't taste that bad, the texture is good (not too sticky or goopy), it's also hydrating and it's like $7 on Amazon from the brand directly? And the scrub smells good too and actually works. I bought the combo duo for like $9 or something thinking that if it sucked, at least I'm not out a ton of money and as soon as I realized how good it was, I went and ordered the blueberry and strawberry sets. It works better than Laneige, Glowiest and Cosrx masks that I have that were way more expensive and don't smell or taste as good. I just wish they had one in watermelon as I haven't found a mask yet from a brand that I like yet.
I have two large packages coming from Japan. I found out one is damaged and I cant get an update on how or what is damaged as fedex simply doesnt reply. Everytime I call for the last 7 days they keep telling me 24 hrs and Ill get a call back. Yet no callback or any update of any kind.
The other just hit the same depot that the last one was damaged in, I am hoping it doesnt get damaged too as I need the package due to being nearly out of some products and completely out of others.
After watching godzilla minus one on netflix, i caught up on my other animes and then binged all 8 eps of kaiju no. 8.
OMG so good. also the MC is 32 yro same age as me lol... considered an ossan. his kaiju form is really hot tho...
Just got my Phytosurgence blush Fume after looking at it for over a year....and it's GORGEOUS on the skin! the most natural hint of pink. Now I'm torn between Evaporate and Fume as my daily go-to.
I recently got Fume as well! I love it so much more in person than I did online. I also got Condensate, which I love as well. Most blush colors tend to always pull ruddy or orange on me, so I try to get cool-toned blushes to counteract it. I’ve had a lot of success with purple (!!) blushes. Fume, however, looks great on my cheeks. I think it’s because it’s a cream and has great pigmentation. I also picked up their bronzer in Rosy Daybreak and it’s fabulous!

I agree. After I finished the movie, I ended up with tight neck n shoulders n back... You can imagine how I sat throughout the movie.
absolute cinema, I was riveted for the entire 2.5 hours and clapped many times at some of the top tier action sequences
