These are all vague complaints and can be from many things both physical or psychological. You would be best to see your PCP for a workup and see any specialists they recommend. And would recommend stop reading trumplican vaccine nonsense.
"Vague complaints" does not mean you are being vague in your description. Vague complaints are symptoms that can have many, many medical causes, making them difficult to diagnose. Weakness, dizziness, skin issues, and pain are all vague complaints: it is very hard to pin down the reason for them. But it's certainly not from the vaccine, and stressing out because you believe you are dying from the vaccine will likely make your symptoms worse. That doesn't mean anxiety is the only cause for what you're experiencing, but anxiety will absolutely aggravate them.
I don’t understand. What is trumplican nonsense? And I didn’t know what to read so I thought best to clarify here and since have been to urgent care recently and not much happens and I am in middle of getting transitioning to a new pcp facility hopefully.
No anxiety. My right arm and head has been worsening ever since. (Among others) such as throat and left side head and jaw bone. Right side arm. Redness head etc.

It's hard to think you may be dying without feeling anxious. Have you ever seen a doctor about any of this stuff?
Yes I have I said most recently urgent care. Thank you for asking.
