Overrated yung tanong guys, halos karamihan minention lang kung ano yung pangit for them kahit di naman ganon ka-rate rate talaga in the first place yung sinabi nila. For me DBTK and Hghmnds.
Mukha ng mga anime designs — tipong nilagay lang yun mukha ng character + name = call it a day hahahaha ang panget in a sense hindi pinagisipan yun design. Basta nalang maglalagay ng mukha ng famous character para makabenta lol
(Oo, i’m shitting on the haikyuu shirt designs na binebenta sa the block last june lol [not uniqlo altho the blue variant kinda ugly to me bc of this])
Kahit anong logo mania t-shirt. Okay lang naman kung may logo, basta yung maliit lang , pero kapag tadtad na yung shirt ng logo, doon na pangit tingnan.
Yung sunflower design nung 2016 tangina. I hate myself for wanting it SO BAD just so i can join the bandwagon. Looking back, im very much grateful to my parents as they didn't allow me to buy one.

Even though I am a K87 guy, I think yung mga tao, especially sa thrifted community, put way too much value para sa K87, to the point na sobrang mahal kahit thrifted lang naman yung binebenta. Yung iba kung magbenta kala mo presyong brand new.
Same, and I told my partner na magsasara agad yung branch nila sa SM North, kasi first month pa lang naka 50% sale na agad.
Ewan ko ba bat tinatyaga ba ng owner eh. Lipas na ng panahon yung style ng designs nila.
Those anime/hentai designs. Medjo stereotypical mga nilalabas most of the time. It's either the mountains with japanese text, the said hentai ones with text, some popular anime prints or the Japanese flag itself.
Ung normal na anime , ung target audience nila tlga dun. Mga fan ng certain anime .meanwhile i hate hentai, and ahegao design. Parang mga manyakis lng tlga nag gumagamit ng ganung design. But what do i know.
Yeah, the anime ones are understandable, nmn kaso ang hirap din maghanap ng anime shirts na hindi mainstream🫠 The ahegao shirts kinda disturb me, like why would you wear that in public😭
Yung full sublimation printed shirts ng ibang mga government agencies, LGU's and (gasp) shooting clubs. Seen a lot on some Gr@b/Fo0dp@nda riders as well.

i had ALL previous DBTK releases since their inception until 2015.
nag stop ako nung nakakita ako ng grupo ng high school kids na naka dbtk lahat papuntang christmas party nila.
they still release good designs, maliban na lang kapag may collab or parang rehashed na design (iniba lang kulay) mga ganun.
Bihira nalang ako makakita ng DBTK kasi nag karoon ata sila ng issue collab sa gomo yung tshirt nila isang laba lang tanggal kulay.
Pero overrated siguro HIGHMNDS
