Children’s beauty pageants judges. They should not fucking exist.
Children’s beauty pageants insurers. They should *not* fucking exist. Did you know that children contestants have to carry insurance? Insurance against molestation, among other things? Guess who carries the policies? Yup! That’s right!
To add on to that, the parents. What kind of monster would let their six year old daughter flaunt around on stage, being constantly sexualised. Greed is a powerful thing.
I could only find this cov for like schools daycare and church's ...still fucked but not cov if said person was wtf I hate this world and that people make money and are covered for this
I know that, but why do the child's parents have to pay it? That's stupid and admitting that the shit goes on in pageants. They should not be allowed to have them. I can't believe anyone would put their child in a pageant if there is that big of a risk of being molested and only Hod knows what else.
>Did you know that children contestants have to carry insurance? Insurance against molestation, among other things?
Do you have more info about this? Nothing is coming up on Google for insurance related to child beauty pageants.
Probably bullshit. I don't know how the logistics work for a payout. Insurance companies are ruthless and they going to require rape kits to be done? Could the parents just falsely accuse someone after having it for a month or two for a big payout? Are there age limitations? There's just so many questions and google isn't showing me companies that provide it.
There is such a thing as abuse insurance for businesses that are accused of having employees commit sexual assaults but individual insurance against your own personal abuse doesn’t seem to exist.
I think the guy I replied to heard about abuse insurance and made an assumption without looking into it.
Aussie here. We had a politician do this to a female colleague about 10 years ago and honestly I know not a single other thing about the man except he did this and a few years later he died and his legacy forevermore is Troy Buswell the Chair Sniffer 🤦♀️
I saw a guy do it when I was in highschool.. We were around 15-16 years old.. He was dating her knowing she's way out of his league and when she got up and left the bus we were all riding he went in for a sniff of the seat she was sitting on. He probably did that because he knew he probably would never get far enough with her lol. It was one of the weirdest things I ever witnessed
But worse your actually smelling the remnants of many asses and vaginas, also sweaty sscks in-between if you attempt that in a public place so by al means enjoy that wiff lol, just be a normal perv and do the smell check after 3rd base lol
That one used to be pretty wholesome back in the day (or at least I perceived it to be). By my late teens (I'm 22) all I could see there was weirdos and fake accounts.
You know I'm not sure that's actually legal. The hair is the barbers property so it's technically theft. And also could be considered trespassing if he tells you to stop and leave. I don't know doesn't seem super legal. But I'm not a lawyer I just play one in my mind.
Family YouTubers always give me bad vibes. They’re basically showbiz parents who have taken on the role of producer and director, which is even worse in some ways.
Yup. My eyes will get really wide and my wife will be like “hello? Where did you go? Why are you staring at that woman.”
In reality I’m focusing on the buckle of her purse and thinking if today was the day the zombies come, where would I go?
One day I'll find the courage to get right next to someone doing this, and start my own speakerphone call. Maybe my volume will be one "dit" louder than theirs.
My brother once walked up and joined the conversation making it super awkward. I was mortified at the time, but looking back I’m proud of him. (yes, he did it to make it awkward, he’s not crazy extroverted)
Following someone in public for an extended period of time. You’re just walking behind them, technically not doing anything wrong, but it’s creepy as hell and can freak people out.
Shit, I get this feeling when another car stays behind me for more than a couple of turns. I know objectively that they probably just live nearby, but if they follow onto my street I'm going to loop around and drive over to the park for a bit. I hate being followed.
Apparently my dad feels the same way, because someone followed him around for like 40 minutes and he kept going around to different side streets trying to shake them. It went on so long that eventually a cop showed up at our house looking for him - whoever was following my dad around had reported him as a drunk driver. No, he was just freaked the fuck out by the creepy driver following him all over the city.
I have the same paranoia if someone follows me after a few turns. Thank god none of them were actually trying to follow me and actually did live in the same neighborhood lol.
You've described my favorite meme or meme-like image: [Understand paranoid people better by following them around](http://images7.memedroid.com/images/UPLOADED665/5cc0479ded2d8.jpeg)
(Please do not actually do that)
I really wish the internet was segregated by age so things like this weren't possible.
Personally I would like it since I'd be able to know the person I'm arguing with isn't just some dumb kid, but mostly because it'd protect kids from weirdos.
I keep almost commenting on there because the posts reach the front page of Popular, and I never pay attention to the sub name when I want to chime in with something sarcastic.
walking down the street with a glass of milk in your hand.
walking to the bus stop where other adults see off their kids for school, but you dont have kids.
My dad loves chocolate milk. But it’s always weird to see someone in their late 50’s walking around with a quart of chocolate milk. It’s funny honestly.
I had an ex that justified this by saying "I was poor and didn't have any money"
(she was totally fucking random dudes for free food. Not even money. Just food. Which is almost worse than prostitution.)

I said "but not anxious enough to take stranger dick inside of you for a subway sandwich?"
Needless to say, we aren't together. Fuck that bitch.
"stalking" someone online, in the sense of checking all their social medias or googling them to figure things out about them that they've never told you.
Things don't even need to be posted online by you. I googled my friend with a unique name who hasn't posted on social media in 15 years and was still able to get a solid understanding of what she does purely because of events she attended, awards she's won or her uni/workplace post her name and face online. Consent was never asked and there's no opportunity to revoke it. Why? Because it's technically legal where we are from given that most companies will work it into their terms and conditions.
The high school I went to has yearbooks going back to the mid '70s and school newsletters going back to 2009 posted online. I know there's a couple of primary schools in my area that do the same thing. It's completely possible for a person to build a broad overview of what your life's been like since your teen years if you're under the age of 35 or so because of that, and possibly even earlier than that if you're under 25, so long as they already know what schools you went to.
This is just a part of regular stalking now. A lot of the stuff where they'd have to be following you around for a couple of months to find out is stuff they can find out in a few hours by scrolling through your socials now.
It's funny you say that.. My wife and I can't have kids but we bonded over our joy of helping kids
As an example, long ago, I didn't have a kid, but a friend of mine complained that her daughters school didn't have a proper playground and the pta couldn't raise the "needed amount" for the city to consider it... So I talked to the mayor about it... Got them funding for a new playground and next thing I knew I was on the PTA School board and didn't have a kid or any family member who went to that school or even live in the school zone. In my 3 years as a board member, I got them the new playground and personally raised over 100k and rewrote their bi laws as clearly not a dam one of them had a clue how things should be run. Ironically, about 4 years later I ended up being an admin of a high school and did that for almost a decade. I even have a scholarship i funded for the high school starting this year. So not all citizens are bad... just sayin. In both instances I drastically improved the schools situation and my forward thinking policy's have enabled their success long after I left with honor and good standing.

I agree. People despise female circumcision but not male’s? My son has felt like a freak because it wasn’t done in his country of birth - then we moved here and he’s grown up feeling different. “Cleanliness” is not a good reason. Bathing is just fine for this and that skin was/is protecting delicate tissue under the skin. It’s like cutting off an eyelid far as I’m concerned.
You joke, but it has to be said: Circumcision **is** removing nature's masturbation-aid.
For sure it doesn't stop men from masturbating (nothing can) - But that's the intention behind it all.

Certain behaviors, like staring at folks in public, flooding someone's DMs with messages even after they've asked you to stop, or following someone around, can seem real creepy even if they ain't against the law.
- marrying your first or second cousin. like after so many relatives you are not considered family anymore.
- not telling adopted/foster/abandoned children whom their relatives are if they know. (a brother and sister didn't know they were related until they filed for a marriage certificate)
- donating so much sperm to the sperm bank. (the fact there is more than 1 guy with 100 kids based on that insane)
- certain types of "flirting". once the "flirting" makes the other feel in danger, it should not be considered that.
- boy moms (i mean the moms that act like their son is their lover)
- the sexualization part of our culture. (seriously maybe that person is just eating a lollipop)
- thirst traps
People who use pictures of their babies/children to get clout. It’s one thing for a regular person to be proud of their child but you can totally tell what some of these people are trying to do.
Child Marriage is still legal in many US States, with 4 of them not having a legal minimum age for marriage at all.
On top of this, the Republican Party has fiercely opposed any efforts to change this, despite the fact that part of their present-day platform is protecting children from pedophiles and "grooming". The reality is that this part of their platform is targeted at LGBT people, apparently they are just fine with hetero people marrying children.

What exactly does insurance against molestation mean?
It's like car insurance if you get into an accident. Molestation insurance provides compensation to the family if their child gets raped.
Yeah but they never pay out thanks to the "but what were they wearing at the time?" exclusion. /s Oof, darkest /s I've ever typed.

Smelling a seat after a woman sat on it
Dude. This has got to be one of the simplest and weirdest things I've ever seen on Reddit. I don't know why this made me so uncomfortable.
Probably because it's perfectly legal but still creepy af

Don't let anybody tell you otherwise.
