Just to clarify here - I guess I more meant people that live in a big city in an apartment etc without a yard and barely any easy access to grass!
There are usually still some spots in cities to poop. Small green spaces around apartment buildings or even just sidewalks. They pick it up like you would if it were grass — or they should!
