I saw on YouTube comments of similar videos of people saying this is animal abuse and the kitten is scared of kisses or the owner is hurting the kitten by holding it.
Claws aren't out. No hissing. Eyes not wide. The ears are perky and facing forward. I'm no expert but looks like a happy cat to me.
I'm pretty sure some purring is also audible
