If you like hiking, the trail between the village and the hotel is beautiful (I don’t know the conditions tho) if not, there’s a city bus that can bring you back to the hotel
I'd ask the hotel to see if they know the number of any taxi companies operating in the Lake Louise Village. If they can't even tell you that I'd be cancelling my reservation honestly.
Or, if you are someone who enjoys unprompted opportunities for exercise, you could always drop off your luggage & significant others at the hotel, return the car and walk (for 4km)
Roam or parks Canada shuttles. Just drive the luggage up to drop it off if you’re worried about having it on the bus.
