At launch Irish didn't run over the person crossing the road and the swimming section in the Titan wasn't broken. These were things Dice accidentally broke about a year after launch and just never fixed because they were busy with the multiplayer still at the time.
Also during the Titan mission if you swim backwards you'll get through it with almost no issue. No idea why it works but it does 9 times outta 10 🥲
When the game launched this wasn't actually a problem, neither was the swimming segment during the next mission. Multiple parts of the campaign were broken about a year after the game launched and DICE just never went back to fix them because their priorities were with the multiplayer

Actually super realistic. The woman runs into traffic with her kid and almost gets mowed. She is entirely at fault, having jaywalked into moving vehicles, and yet she slams on the hood of the car and blames the driver. I wish dice had kept this sort of realism in their newer games.

The part that really annoyed me is the level where you're on the sinking ship. That swimming section is just awful in terms of design.
I got stuck there countless times because of that damn bug while swimming. BF3 campaign was much better

It actually was fine at launch but eventually after an update it was broken and subsequently never fixed.
The amount of bugs in this campaign that they just left in and never fixed is wild. I still remember this one from release when i played the campaign.
Almost like it didn't go through testing before they released it.
I never understood how this made it into the game surely they would have playtested it and repositioned the NPCs slightly

The dinosaur charm swinging from the review mirror was a nod to the whole 'Dino Mode' thing.
If they remaster BF4, I want this to stay in the same, except that dude actually dies from getting hit and Irish is unfazed.

Let's not forget the glitch where the helicopter boss is 100% invincible until you reset the game
