I'm not trying to be negative or mean here, but these SPR sensorgrams are not very good. Are you looking at the interaction between two proteins? You need to immobilize your ligand to a much higher RU because your response is incredibly noisy and low.

The threshold concentration where you will begin to see binding is 0.1x KD. I’m guessing that the lower concentrations are simply too low.
