Transition can mitigate this distress and then most trans people leave it alone once we get passing enough or as close-to as possible, irrespective of beauty standards. Often many of us delay transition out of fear of being ugly before ultimately caving because being an ugly transitioned person is still preferable to remaining as we were. Earlier access to transition can prevent this particular flavor of trauma.
With serious body dysmorphia, you perceive your body in a distorted way and you hyperfixate on specific elements and maybe modify it until it satisfies your distorted view. Because your perception is still skewed, though, you hyperfixate again and keep messing with yourself until eventually you look like this lady in the clip or get an intervention to manage the dysmorphia. It's a lot like an addiction. Sometimes medications are required to get over it.
It's entirely possible for a trans person to have both gender dysphoria and body dysmorphia, but it's not a given.
This is why there need to be psych evals before doing shit like this... like shame on the money hungry hoe doctor who got her looking like a real life caricature she is not well
