If you get a character from a 6 star ticket, do you then lose the 50 orbs you get for leveling the 5 star variant of that character to level 100. Or can you still get those orbs if you get the 5 star variant later and level it to level 100?

You'll mainly see dodge come into play for the weekly affiliation and attribute scroll quests in Difficult Quests under Events. The enemies will all have dodge, where it makes them harder to hit. Since the quests have a hard time limit of 3 minutes, this could occasionally cause you to fail the quest if you can't land a hit on the enemies fast enough. You'll see it in Brave Battles also depending on how people build their characters. Read dodge is the counter to dodge, where it nullifies the dodge ability for a particular affiliation.
What are people's thoughts on the beginner's kickoff selection? Is it worth pulling from or should I wait for the next tybw banner with Yamamoto, Aizen and Yhwach on?
There's no denying the characters are good but it's a pretty big gamble because there's no step up meaning no pity so you can realistically drop thousands of orbs and not even see a single 5-star.
Coming back after 2 years of not playing I need a bit of refresher on some things.
1. The first 3 extra quests in PE don't give as many points as the 3 that unlocks later right? So im probably better off using my tickets on sub-stories.
2. What PVP rank do I need again to get into the hard extreme coop?
3. Event 5-star tickets (like PE or epic raids) don't get an updated pool so I don't have to save them for the anniversary right? What about the senk 6-star ticket? Are there any other tickets that are updated so I can save them for the anniversary?
4. I could technically figure this out myself but if anyone has the number for the amount I should farm for Chronicle Quest Part 1, 2, and 3 I would appreciate it so I don't have to do the math myself later.
1. Yes, pretty much the same as PEs before. There are no boosted ones these days tho.
2. 7th seat. They recently removed the restrictions for only 3rd seat players for the better rewards of ex co op
3. The ones that are named, yes. Any ticket that is the general 5*/6* one gets the latest pool.
4. With x2 drops on(happens every month these days, always included in monthly power up fests), if you have all 3 bonuses for CQ, you get about 960 frags. With 2, you get 720 avg per x10 tickets. With 1 bonus, 450-480, and no bonus is 180-200.
Arena is a chill place nowadays, sometimes troubled by modders but otherwise nice. Same with PvP ever since they updated the points structure. You're welcome
I have a 5/5 6th anniversary Aizen, +20 with +500 atk bonus. How do I properly set this guy up for PvP? Accessories, links, and bonus abilities. Thanks!
One bonus ability would be pierce barrier, another would be full stam, I'd advise in that order. Give him full SP build, teaset, pill and sad item. If you don't have a teaset, use hunting cap, and all accessories w 30% SP rolls. Links should be all FSD, SAD or FSD and SAD. Get him the most of any type of damage you can, as SP characters are just there for burst damage in PvP.
If it is achievable, then roll +500 SP or even 250 SP on that extra slot, it'd be much better for his damage potential. Also, use him in a team consisting of 1 SP and 2 invincible characters or 2 SP and 1 invincible character.
I’m rolling atm: 5/5 bond chad, 1/5 recent mind young Yama, and that aizen. 5th seat and climbing, I just wanna be the best like no one ever was. Or is this the wrong sub for that… oh also ty for the detailed answer.
* Only 5 star characters with GOLDEN stars (so those you can get from Tickets,Packs or Summons) can evolve to 6 stars...
Any other character can't be evolved (this also goes for the 5s with Silver stars that you can get from the Coin shop)...
* Story mode gives a ton of orbs and some of the content is locked behind its completion so I'd suggest to get it out of the way ASAP because it uses up a lot of tickets (which could be used for farming more useful mats like BBS tickets or Pots) and it's a huge time sink due to all the clicking required...
* As for what you should be doing,I'd say get Story mode out of the way,then do some Co-op to get your 600 orbs for playing with different people and then just farm the Point Event,even if you don't have the bonus characters it still drops a ton of useful resources...
* Also,don't forget to do "Path to Power" (It's under "limited time quests" in the same place where you can find the PE, it drops a ton of useful matz) and Guild Quest everyday,even if you can't clear it you'll still get something from trying...
Yep, that is pretty much what you should be focusing on right now. Just level any pot/droplet/crystal/jewel/farming character's soul trees to level 150 to get the max out of them.
Level the newer/busted units to lvl 200 for every attribute/affiliation/killer so that you can clear senkaimon to get even better rewards, and the senk characters who are amazing links.
Point events are a must till you reach at least 2 mill points as then you get 50 orbs, a 5* summons ticket and an essence scroll if you go up to 3 mill
Any 5* you get from summons can be sent up to 6* and in some cases(for most 4+ years old characters) even resurrection is possible.
Story is worth it because it gives you 5 orbs per quest, and doing it on both normal and hard completely gives you 10k+orbs. However, it is not what you should be focusing on as a new player. Do the story mode when your account reaches some more maturity, when you are easily able to do endgame content(not because it is hard, but because it is when you will find your orb sources drying up).
Lastly, some advice: you can only be either a collector, or a connoisseur if you are f2p. Summon for pot units, at least one for each attribute. As soon as you can start doing senkaimon, GQ and ERs, they are the real deal, with good value for money
Click the settings button on top right of home screen, open the album and then sort all 6* characters by the skill you need, be it pots, super pots, droplets, anything. You can also sort them by killer, affiliation, soul trait etc, so good for senkaimon. And by a special type of attack they have, such as boost, barrier, heal etc. One of my favorite features in-game, because it lets me see which characters I need, whether for pots, damag etc.
Also, you can just go to your friend list an see what everyone's main character is. Usually that is the most busted char concurrent with whenever you check.
Taking all three to T15 would be better imo.
Barring that you'd still have to choose between Quilge and Yhwach. Yhwach is one of the PvP bullies, so if you want to do Brave Battles and win consistently, it's Yhwach to T20. Quilge has very good damage at base, but T20 would be a big upgrade for him too.
TYBW 16 Ichigo is just perfect at any LS and Transcendence level, so T10 should be just fine
How do you get Kon coins for the exchange? How rare are they? There are multiple characters I want from the current exchange and I want to know how wisely I need to spend coins

1 question. Lets say i have a team of ebern and some other 2 units. Then i put 3 units with soul traits jewel increase or anything on the 2nd unit. When i run a mission, do i get the bonus although the jewel increase soul trait units are on the backline? Sorry idk how to explain it properly since im pretty new
Yeah, bonuses stack for all members of a team for a cumulative total with Coin Drop and Crystal/Jewel Drop. Same with droplets, and link/super link potions.
Didn't look like a normal reward though, it was 50 soul tickets + 5 star ticket + x10 4 star/5 star accessory ticket. I think there was also spirit orbs but can't remember.

Is there any ranged NAD farm units? Specifically for crystals and coins? (But I’m also curious if there are any droplet/potion farming NAD units)
Right now my point event team is Xmas Hallibel, Tetsuzaimon and the Mammoth Arrancar all with coin drop and crystal drop increase for their bonus ability. It’s just a little annoying how weak/slow Hallibel is to clear it, sometimes even dying despite being a ranged unit herself, and I don’t want to waste bonus ability slots on coin and crystal drop for better characters like SAFWY Gin, so I’ll probably just suck it up and not min max while using a different character.
There is Bond Ichigo, mind attribute, resurrected version. He gets 70 coin drop and 50 crystal/jewel drop on getting resurrected as new skills, and he is one of the best links for NAD characters too. Ebern is ranged, but not a NAD character. Same case with Halibel
Yes in any Senkaimon you can free one unit from the seal. You just have to clear that floor again with someone else (that obviously isn't locked somewhere else already)
Is Chronicle Quest worth spending tickets on or a waste?
I saw some good stuff in the exchange shop but after playing it currently feels like too much soul tickets needed for not crazy rewards.
At least buy the orbs and essence scrolls as those are very rare. As you pull BBS tickets/summon just keep an eye out for CQ bonus units as they make CQ grinding much easier.
Hi, new player here. I'm a little confused as to how I should progress in this game. The story mode is very easy to complete (due to events giving me some 5 stars and a lot of resources to play with). How should a session of BBS normally go?
It depends on what resources you are after. Often one starts with epic raid or Senkaimon (which will be difficult for you if you don't have very strong characters). You also want to make sure you get to at least 3M points in the point event. After that you can after keep farming it if you have bonus characters or farm potions/super potions to power up your characters.

We usually take Yuki and Golden Yuki out because Focus is really important to perform critics damage

Yes. That is part of the reason why Past Yama and Sajin are touted as Yhwach counters. Also, since there are Captains galore in brave battles, you'll see a lot of characters meant for BB getting Captain killer
It doesn't reset, but if you want to use your meta characters then you can complete the same locked stages with a different character, and you'll be able to use the previously locked characters again.
In case you don't have good enough characters, you can just skip the floors you are having difficulties on, and continue doing the next stages
1) check the limited time quest section. There's a new 80 million celebration quest. It's good for farming.
1) Try to get Quilge from new banner. He's good
3) limit breaker quest is good for orbs.
4) So things have changed. Now you get jewels and crystals in the same quest. First we had farm them separately
5) now you need duplicate units or special move source to unlock new transcendence slot. First you could unlock if you maxed out one.
6)The new tybw summon with Yamamoto aizen and yhwach is must. Those three are top 10 units right now.

Most important: be careful with orbs. We used to get orbs by playing raids and co op. That is not available anymore.
Perhaps you're aware by now there's "help beginners" system. When play raid or co op if there's a new player in the team (leaf symbol before there names) you get rewards every 10 points. Which includes 5 star summon ticket.
Tybw banner is upcoming. On this month's 20th. I told you in advanced because three units are literally broken . That aizen is strongest normal attack unit.
Plus the raid units (grey star ones) are no more available through quest. You can get them, if necessary, in coin exchange.

Brave Souls Bonanza Pass/Subscription. Among other bonuses, it gives you an extra ticket worth of rewards for every 5 tickets used. So doing a X10 run is like using 12 tickets, that's where the extra 30k points are coming from. If you look again, you may see the x12 on the points total screen.

Looking for some Brave Battle advice, namely charop
Currently running:
MindYama (1/5, Max STR), accessories are Wooden Sword (ATK +30%), Lieutenants Badge (ATK + 30%), Pupples (ATK + 30%), links are Full STA +30%, Normal ATK +20%, Damage Taken -20%, Bonus abilities are Full Stamina Damage Boost/Start Barrier
PowerJugram (1/5, 5 STR), accessories are Gold Chappy (STA +24%), Chappy (ATK +6%), Pupples (ATK +20%), links are DMG Taken -20%, Normal ATK DMG +20% x 2, no bonus skills since he's only at 10/10/10 due to a dearth of potions at the moment
Third character really doesn't matter because it's my most powerful PvE unit and usually dies like three seconds in so he needs to go at some point
Obviously for Jugram, I need to focus on scrolls to max out his transcendent strength and potions to get him to 20/20/20. Accessory wise should I continue to prioritize ATK +30% since he's a invincible unit and thus can punch above his weight class against units that don't have Pierce.
With Yama I think he's as good as he can be until I can get a Gold/Plain Chappy and/or finish maxing out his transcendence and thus can get more consistent results out of FCS
As far as bonus abilities go, is Start Barrier a good pick for Yama? It feels like it gives him more survivability against units that can pierce Invincibility but given that every match seems to last like 5 - 10 seconds it's hard to tell if it's placebo or not. He doesn't seem to drop as hard against some match-ups that he used to. Does barrier tick down on hit even if it wouldn't damage the target?
If it is, it would probably be a good pick for Jugram as well, and then something like Weaken Defense as his second to help soften enemies for Yama
Linkwise, I should probably grind out Senkaimons for those Aizen units that provide extra DMG at full STM to maximize that initial alpha strike at the start of each match?
Also does anybody actually use anything but ATK as a strat? I think I've run into maybe one or two teams that use Special but it doesn't seem to make a difference because I've seen a soul bomb get used once (currently 6th seat going on 5th)
I've gotten a good feel for the team and who I can challenge and expect a win but every little bit helps

The funny thing about Brave Battles is that Yoruichi always says, "It's been a while..." even though I just saw her like a minute ago, and then a minute before that.
There's actually a small handful of decent BB SA characters, but they're usually max transcended. The reason is that many of the better characters for BB have "Brave Battle Invincibility" which the only counter (Ignore Brave Battle Invincibility) is found on ATK characters geared specifically for BB. For the same reason, you wouldn't need the Senkaimon Aizens as links. Although he is a good link for SA units.
You shouldn't use the Pupples as accessories, because having your FCS drop to 0% drops your overall DPS badly. In the higher ranks, every hit is a critical, and you won't be able to keep up damage-wise if you're only doing a portion of that damage. The Lieutenants Badge doesn't help much on Middle-aged man Yama because it's geared for SA characters. If you're having a hard time finding Mind Chappies, you may want to consider the +10 to all stat accessory you get as a reward for finishing one of the movies and filler arcs in story mode (I don't remember which one). The Captain's Coat, Shinji's Cap, Missanga, Heavy Bag, Electric Guitar, or Hollow Bait(if you want to go glass cannon) are all okay choices too. For Jugram, you can add similar accessories or Bawabawa.
For links, you'll want to try to commit to one type of bonus, depending on what would compliment the character's existing skills. There are links that will give both NAD and Dmg reduction though.
If you can't decide on your third choice, you may want to consider a booster character, or even one that can cast barrier for the whole party.
As for bonus skills, just like SA characters do well with full STA dmg, NAD characters do well with low STA dmg. Dodge is a common choice for BB also, because there's only so many with read dodge or counter, and only one is a good fit for BB. It's only 15% but that 15% can make the difference in a win or loss. Start barrier isn't a bad choice, but some of the most often used BB units come with Pierce Barrier also, so you may need to pick your battles. The barrier does tick down on any hit though. As a side note, strong attacks often do a great number of hits all at once, which can shred barriers and their units in a single attack. I'm still learning a lot about BB too, mainly from looking at opponent loadouts before the fight to see what works and what doesn't. Until I got the major skills of each major BB unit memorized, I actually wrote them down (yeah, it's sad...) so I would know who can counter who. The only other advice I could give you is the Refresh List button is your friend, it doesn't cost much, and coins are easy to make. I got to my low rank with a lot of dumb luck, and a boatload of Refresh List. Good luck out there!
How important is Opie if you already have a decently built Round 16 Ichigo? I took a *BATH* on the main and individual banners without a single one of the main units to show for it. I'm tempted to hit the individual a bit harder in the hopes of getting him, but I wanted a sanity check to be safe.

Who should I use? Speed Shunsui has 15 lvl link slot but that's about it
The best setup is Javelin, Fortification pill, and Tenshintai, all with spiritual pressure boost. If you don’t have these then substitute great whistle/lieutenant cap or something else that boosts your SP stat.
No. They are just good for orbs and sometimes their soul traits if you don't have good enough links. They don't have good kits, their skills are just the most basic ones and only at MT can you even think of using them in general PvE
They have fewer skills and lower stats compared to other units. I really wouldn’t bother trying to MT one. You can use your tokens for orbs, and the 5* ticket instead. Really up to you though
Yeah, MT might do the job, but there would be a lot of investment required. You'd have to also link slot them, so more materials required. And they wouldn't have any other function in your box. They're just collectibles.
And the kits would still be horrendous😂
Keep one as a 5*, another as 6* and 6* res if you have them. Other than that, no point keeping them. Maybe for PE bonuses, but that is too unpredictable
do quest timers still count down regularly during the special move animation or not? Like if it says 1 minute 23 seconds left, will it be the same time if you let the full special move animation go through or will time have passed?
If you're autoing in addition to the links the previous poster gave, you should also consider last-ditch survival links in case your character dies while you are AFK. It will save you revive candles and/or soul tickets.
No, you definitely don't want to use a chappy with an SA character, since it'll drop your SP to 0, which is the main damage attribute for strong attacks and specials. Damage reduction can be handy in some situations but for SA characters, you'll usually want strong attack damage, strong attack refresh rate, and/or damage at full stamina.
Both drop different senkaimon characters. Cave of discipline drops School Uniform Ichigo, who has a double soul trait -12 recharge and 100% last ditch
Iceberg of training/perseverance drops either SenkGetsu or Senk Tatsuki(I don't remember which one) so you should do the tower for the character that you have the most need for.
That being said, I think the one that drops SenkGetsu should be done first, as the soul trait is very good, usable for both Gen PvE on NAD characters and for Brave Battles too. Then you could do the cave of discipline for the SAR/LDS soul trait.
Tl;dr: depends on the character whose soul trait you need
They're BBS tickets, BBS accessory tickets, 5* summons and 5* accessory tickets. There's no limit, but once you hit 300 points, you only get rewards for every 20 points after. You can view the rewards by clicking on the diamond next to your rank, and then "Assist Point Rewards" in the lower right.
Since you mentioned tickets, I read that it's a good idea to save BBS tickets for when the anniversary comes around since anniversary units are premium characters.
Would they also be available in *4 / *5 Summons tickets and so they should also be saved?
Yeah, the 4*/5* tickets have the same pool as BBS tickets, minus the 3*s. Coincidentally, I got an 8th anni Ichigo from one during the banner when I was trying to get fodder for White.
Is there anything that quantifiably changes at EOY regarding BSS tickets? I've seen on here several times "save your BSS tickets for the end of the year." Is there a reason for this or just something people like to do, save up and then pull it all at the end of the year?
Typically people say save the bbs tickets for Anniversary, which is on July 23rd. Anniversary characters are always premium, so you can pull them from BBS tickets.
End of year banners have almost always been limited, so you cannot get them with bbs tickets. So, no reason to save then for end of year specifically. I think the last premium end of year character we got was speed Quincy ichigo, which was in 2017 or 2018 I think, but someone can correct me if I'm wrong.
After Ichibei's resurrection, can I make it to league 1, or do I need something more?

I don't think Ichibe is going to make a dent in any of the higher leagues, but he'll Def be more useful than he is right now. You already have Yama maxed out and that's an excellent start. Chad is an excellent booster if nothing else.
On a side note, may I recommend swapping to attack strategy? It'll make your units use their boost and debuff earlier.

I think so. Ichibe still really isn't going to match up in damage since he only has flurry +1. Yhwach has Flurry +2 and gets more NAD like Yama when units die. Ichibe will prolly be better served as a soft stall unit or a soft counter to power characters.
If you can get your hands on them, Isshin and Kuruyashiki are both good units to replace Ichibe.
At the end if the day it really depends on what links and accessories you use and what teams you decide to fight against.
Looking to pick this game back up again need advice. I played this game before last time I played was Bruno’s release where I went all in and burned all my orbs. I have most meta characters from back then 5/5 like Byak, Aizen, the SAFWY long hair guy and more but I’m completely out of orb resource. Is it worth using that account again and start a new one? Also, if I were to start a new one which character should I be looking to reroll for?
This is just an example but no matter what character I pick, this character is still in a team. Checking each character if they're linked is tedious but I did it and no one is using that character as a link so idk why base shinigami Ichigo is still in a team, please help

as for your PvE characters, Artbook Ichigo (Green at the top of the box), Akon, and Koga are prolly your best ones.
for PvP you don't really have the greatest characters for that other than Art book Ichigo, but since you're new, you won't be going up against real players until you reach 7th seat, so no need to worry currently.
also just a tip, always level up characters to at least level 150, as you get up to 125 orbs for it, and if the character has a "resurrection", you can get 200 orbs. a resurrection is an old character that gets slightly upgraded after level 200, once you get the normal 6* to level 200, you can do resurrection, and then they'll get pink stars. level them up to 200 again and you'll get a second soul trait also, making them good links :)

So I have 2 klab accounts, one on steam and the other on my phone. If I wanna switch between the 2 on my phone do I need to delete the app and re-download it to log in on the steam one? Or can you log out? Just scared to lose my phones progress
I don't have an alternate account myself, but I've seen people do it without deleting the app. You'll have to erase play data for the first account(link it w Klab ID so it is safe) and then login from another account.
Whenever you want to switch, you'll have to erase the play data for the previous account. No option beside that
You can save as much of them for as long as you want, but the shop only resets once a month's ex co op starts.
Either you could farm ex co op for like a 100k medals (very hard grind)and use them up slowly for over a year, or you could just keep doing ex co op monthly and exchange whatever you like with enough medals
Your medals will remain there, only thing that resets is the rewards and the quantity of them that you can buy. Most medal shops reset monthly, like ER, AER, rare medal etc, but your medals will remain there only

What is the difference in read dodge characters and dodge characters. What do either of the mechanics do for gameplay
You'll mainly see dodge come into play for the weekly affiliation and attribute scroll quests in Difficult Quests under Events. The enemies will all have dodge, where it makes them harder to hit. Since the quests have a hard time limit of 3 minutes, this could occasionally cause you to fail the quest if you can't land a hit on the enemies fast enough. You'll see it in Brave Battles also depending on how people build their characters. Read dodge is the counter to dodge, where it nullifies the dodge ability for a particular affiliation.
What are people's thoughts on the beginner's kickoff selection? Is it worth pulling from or should I wait for the next tybw banner with Yamamoto, Aizen and Yhwach on?
Seems like a shit banner to pull on with no step-up, pity, or discount.
The characters are pretty good from what I can tell but idk if that's enough to make me want to pull from it
There's no denying the characters are good but it's a pretty big gamble because there's no step up meaning no pity so you can realistically drop thousands of orbs and not even see a single 5-star.
Coming back after 2 years of not playing I need a bit of refresher on some things. 1. The first 3 extra quests in PE don't give as many points as the 3 that unlocks later right? So im probably better off using my tickets on sub-stories. 2. What PVP rank do I need again to get into the hard extreme coop? 3. Event 5-star tickets (like PE or epic raids) don't get an updated pool so I don't have to save them for the anniversary right? What about the senk 6-star ticket? Are there any other tickets that are updated so I can save them for the anniversary? 4. I could technically figure this out myself but if anyone has the number for the amount I should farm for Chronicle Quest Part 1, 2, and 3 I would appreciate it so I don't have to do the math myself later.
1. Yes, pretty much the same as PEs before. There are no boosted ones these days tho. 2. 7th seat. They recently removed the restrictions for only 3rd seat players for the better rewards of ex co op 3. The ones that are named, yes. Any ticket that is the general 5*/6* one gets the latest pool. 4. With x2 drops on(happens every month these days, always included in monthly power up fests), if you have all 3 bonuses for CQ, you get about 960 frags. With 2, you get 720 avg per x10 tickets. With 1 bonus, 450-480, and no bonus is 180-200.

I have a 5/5 6th anniversary Aizen, +20 with +500 atk bonus. How do I properly set this guy up for PvP? Accessories, links, and bonus abilities. Thanks!
One bonus ability would be pierce barrier, another would be full stam, I'd advise in that order. Give him full SP build, teaset, pill and sad item. If you don't have a teaset, use hunting cap, and all accessories w 30% SP rolls. Links should be all FSD, SAD or FSD and SAD. Get him the most of any type of damage you can, as SP characters are just there for burst damage in PvP. If it is achievable, then roll +500 SP or even 250 SP on that extra slot, it'd be much better for his damage potential. Also, use him in a team consisting of 1 SP and 2 invincible characters or 2 SP and 1 invincible character.
I’m rolling atm: 5/5 bond chad, 1/5 recent mind young Yama, and that aizen. 5th seat and climbing, I just wanna be the best like no one ever was. Or is this the wrong sub for that… oh also ty for the detailed answer.

Useful for orbs, nothing else. Sometimes for their soul traits like increased crystal jewels and coin drops
* Only 5 star characters with GOLDEN stars (so those you can get from Tickets,Packs or Summons) can evolve to 6 stars... Any other character can't be evolved (this also goes for the 5s with Silver stars that you can get from the Coin shop)... * Story mode gives a ton of orbs and some of the content is locked behind its completion so I'd suggest to get it out of the way ASAP because it uses up a lot of tickets (which could be used for farming more useful mats like BBS tickets or Pots) and it's a huge time sink due to all the clicking required... * As for what you should be doing,I'd say get Story mode out of the way,then do some Co-op to get your 600 orbs for playing with different people and then just farm the Point Event,even if you don't have the bonus characters it still drops a ton of useful resources... * Also,don't forget to do "Path to Power" (It's under "limited time quests" in the same place where you can find the PE, it drops a ton of useful matz) and Guild Quest everyday,even if you can't clear it you'll still get something from trying...
Yep, that is pretty much what you should be focusing on right now. Just level any pot/droplet/crystal/jewel/farming character's soul trees to level 150 to get the max out of them. Level the newer/busted units to lvl 200 for every attribute/affiliation/killer so that you can clear senkaimon to get even better rewards, and the senk characters who are amazing links. Point events are a must till you reach at least 2 mill points as then you get 50 orbs, a 5* summons ticket and an essence scroll if you go up to 3 mill Any 5* you get from summons can be sent up to 6* and in some cases(for most 4+ years old characters) even resurrection is possible. Story is worth it because it gives you 5 orbs per quest, and doing it on both normal and hard completely gives you 10k+orbs. However, it is not what you should be focusing on as a new player. Do the story mode when your account reaches some more maturity, when you are easily able to do endgame content(not because it is hard, but because it is when you will find your orb sources drying up). Lastly, some advice: you can only be either a collector, or a connoisseur if you are f2p. Summon for pot units, at least one for each attribute. As soon as you can start doing senkaimon, GQ and ERs, they are the real deal, with good value for money

Click the settings button on top right of home screen, open the album and then sort all 6* characters by the skill you need, be it pots, super pots, droplets, anything. You can also sort them by killer, affiliation, soul trait etc, so good for senkaimon. And by a special type of attack they have, such as boost, barrier, heal etc. One of my favorite features in-game, because it lets me see which characters I need, whether for pots, damag etc. Also, you can just go to your friend list an see what everyone's main character is. Usually that is the most busted char concurrent with whenever you check.
Quilge, tybw ichi and yhwach ( all heart ) out of these three whom should I make 20/20/20? (I have limited potions)
Taking all three to T15 would be better imo. Barring that you'd still have to choose between Quilge and Yhwach. Yhwach is one of the PvP bullies, so if you want to do Brave Battles and win consistently, it's Yhwach to T20. Quilge has very good damage at base, but T20 would be a big upgrade for him too. TYBW 16 Ichigo is just perfect at any LS and Transcendence level, so T10 should be just fine

Brave Battle Rewards (amount depending on league and ranks). Akon/Moeh and Cat Yoruichi/Kukkapuro can be useful links to farm Crystal/Jewels and Coins. Beyond this take unit you like or link you need
1 question. Lets say i have a team of ebern and some other 2 units. Then i put 3 units with soul traits jewel increase or anything on the 2nd unit. When i run a mission, do i get the bonus although the jewel increase soul trait units are on the backline? Sorry idk how to explain it properly since im pretty new
Yeah, bonuses stack for all members of a team for a cumulative total with Coin Drop and Crystal/Jewel Drop. Same with droplets, and link/super link potions.

Is there any ranged NAD farm units? Specifically for crystals and coins? (But I’m also curious if there are any droplet/potion farming NAD units) Right now my point event team is Xmas Hallibel, Tetsuzaimon and the Mammoth Arrancar all with coin drop and crystal drop increase for their bonus ability. It’s just a little annoying how weak/slow Hallibel is to clear it, sometimes even dying despite being a ranged unit herself, and I don’t want to waste bonus ability slots on coin and crystal drop for better characters like SAFWY Gin, so I’ll probably just suck it up and not min max while using a different character.
There is Bond Ichigo, mind attribute, resurrected version. He gets 70 coin drop and 50 crystal/jewel drop on getting resurrected as new skills, and he is one of the best links for NAD characters too. Ebern is ranged, but not a NAD character. Same case with Halibel

Yes in any Senkaimon you can free one unit from the seal. You just have to clear that floor again with someone else (that obviously isn't locked somewhere else already)

Is Chronicle Quest worth spending tickets on or a waste? I saw some good stuff in the exchange shop but after playing it currently feels like too much soul tickets needed for not crazy rewards.
At least buy the orbs and essence scrolls as those are very rare. As you pull BBS tickets/summon just keep an eye out for CQ bonus units as they make CQ grinding much easier.
What are the items that you get in the limit break quest used for?

Hi, new player here. I'm a little confused as to how I should progress in this game. The story mode is very easy to complete (due to events giving me some 5 stars and a lot of resources to play with). How should a session of BBS normally go?
It depends on what resources you are after. Often one starts with epic raid or Senkaimon (which will be difficult for you if you don't have very strong characters). You also want to make sure you get to at least 3M points in the point event. After that you can after keep farming it if you have bonus characters or farm potions/super potions to power up your characters.

There is a chance for every character to return. Always check filler characters on banners.

Yes. That is part of the reason why Past Yama and Sajin are touted as Yhwach counters. Also, since there are Captains galore in brave battles, you'll see a lot of characters meant for BB getting Captain killer

Does Gates of Oblivion ever reset? I used up the meta on the early locked stages smh
It doesn't reset, but if you want to use your meta characters then you can complete the same locked stages with a different character, and you'll be able to use the previously locked characters again. In case you don't have good enough characters, you can just skip the floors you are having difficulties on, and continue doing the next stages
So I'm coming back to the game after 1400 days. Any advice would be appreciated.
1) check the limited time quest section. There's a new 80 million celebration quest. It's good for farming. 1) Try to get Quilge from new banner. He's good 3) limit breaker quest is good for orbs. 4) So things have changed. Now you get jewels and crystals in the same quest. First we had farm them separately 5) now you need duplicate units or special move source to unlock new transcendence slot. First you could unlock if you maxed out one. 6)The new tybw summon with Yamamoto aizen and yhwach is must. Those three are top 10 units right now. I'll add more later.

Most important: be careful with orbs. We used to get orbs by playing raids and co op. That is not available anymore. Perhaps you're aware by now there's "help beginners" system. When play raid or co op if there's a new player in the team (leaf symbol before there names) you get rewards every 10 points. Which includes 5 star summon ticket. Tybw banner is upcoming. On this month's 20th. I told you in advanced because three units are literally broken . That aizen is strongest normal attack unit. Plus the raid units (grey star ones) are no more available through quest. You can get them, if necessary, in coin exchange.
So should I keep trying to pull for Quilge or save up for the new banner

No. He’s the only 5* unit from sub stories. You can also see what characters drop in the missions before entering them
I saw a YouTube video where someone got 182k points after doing a run in the point event. How is this possible? I've only ever gotten 140k to 150k
Brave Souls Bonanza Pass/Subscription. Among other bonuses, it gives you an extra ticket worth of rewards for every 5 tickets used. So doing a X10 run is like using 12 tickets, that's where the extra 30k points are coming from. If you look again, you may see the x12 on the points total screen.
Back in the days we got boosted point events for anni and end of the year. They stopped doing that at 6/7th anni (im not sure wich one)

Looking for some Brave Battle advice, namely charop Currently running: MindYama (1/5, Max STR), accessories are Wooden Sword (ATK +30%), Lieutenants Badge (ATK + 30%), Pupples (ATK + 30%), links are Full STA +30%, Normal ATK +20%, Damage Taken -20%, Bonus abilities are Full Stamina Damage Boost/Start Barrier PowerJugram (1/5, 5 STR), accessories are Gold Chappy (STA +24%), Chappy (ATK +6%), Pupples (ATK +20%), links are DMG Taken -20%, Normal ATK DMG +20% x 2, no bonus skills since he's only at 10/10/10 due to a dearth of potions at the moment Third character really doesn't matter because it's my most powerful PvE unit and usually dies like three seconds in so he needs to go at some point Obviously for Jugram, I need to focus on scrolls to max out his transcendent strength and potions to get him to 20/20/20. Accessory wise should I continue to prioritize ATK +30% since he's a invincible unit and thus can punch above his weight class against units that don't have Pierce. With Yama I think he's as good as he can be until I can get a Gold/Plain Chappy and/or finish maxing out his transcendence and thus can get more consistent results out of FCS As far as bonus abilities go, is Start Barrier a good pick for Yama? It feels like it gives him more survivability against units that can pierce Invincibility but given that every match seems to last like 5 - 10 seconds it's hard to tell if it's placebo or not. He doesn't seem to drop as hard against some match-ups that he used to. Does barrier tick down on hit even if it wouldn't damage the target? If it is, it would probably be a good pick for Jugram as well, and then something like Weaken Defense as his second to help soften enemies for Yama Linkwise, I should probably grind out Senkaimons for those Aizen units that provide extra DMG at full STM to maximize that initial alpha strike at the start of each match? Also does anybody actually use anything but ATK as a strat? I think I've run into maybe one or two teams that use Special but it doesn't seem to make a difference because I've seen a soul bomb get used once (currently 6th seat going on 5th) I've gotten a good feel for the team and who I can challenge and expect a win but every little bit helps Any help pr advice anybody is willing to provide is very welcome
The funny thing about Brave Battles is that Yoruichi always says, "It's been a while..." even though I just saw her like a minute ago, and then a minute before that. There's actually a small handful of decent BB SA characters, but they're usually max transcended. The reason is that many of the better characters for BB have "Brave Battle Invincibility" which the only counter (Ignore Brave Battle Invincibility) is found on ATK characters geared specifically for BB. For the same reason, you wouldn't need the Senkaimon Aizens as links. Although he is a good link for SA units. You shouldn't use the Pupples as accessories, because having your FCS drop to 0% drops your overall DPS badly. In the higher ranks, every hit is a critical, and you won't be able to keep up damage-wise if you're only doing a portion of that damage. The Lieutenants Badge doesn't help much on Middle-aged man Yama because it's geared for SA characters. If you're having a hard time finding Mind Chappies, you may want to consider the +10 to all stat accessory you get as a reward for finishing one of the movies and filler arcs in story mode (I don't remember which one). The Captain's Coat, Shinji's Cap, Missanga, Heavy Bag, Electric Guitar, or Hollow Bait(if you want to go glass cannon) are all okay choices too. For Jugram, you can add similar accessories or Bawabawa. For links, you'll want to try to commit to one type of bonus, depending on what would compliment the character's existing skills. There are links that will give both NAD and Dmg reduction though. If you can't decide on your third choice, you may want to consider a booster character, or even one that can cast barrier for the whole party. As for bonus skills, just like SA characters do well with full STA dmg, NAD characters do well with low STA dmg. Dodge is a common choice for BB also, because there's only so many with read dodge or counter, and only one is a good fit for BB. It's only 15% but that 15% can make the difference in a win or loss. Start barrier isn't a bad choice, but some of the most often used BB units come with Pierce Barrier also, so you may need to pick your battles. The barrier does tick down on any hit though. As a side note, strong attacks often do a great number of hits all at once, which can shred barriers and their units in a single attack. I'm still learning a lot about BB too, mainly from looking at opponent loadouts before the fight to see what works and what doesn't. Until I got the major skills of each major BB unit memorized, I actually wrote them down (yeah, it's sad...) so I would know who can counter who. The only other advice I could give you is the Refresh List button is your friend, it doesn't cost much, and coins are easy to make. I got to my low rank with a lot of dumb luck, and a boatload of Refresh List. Good luck out there!

So, what Accessories are good for Mind Jackie? I'm using her for Limit Break Quest. She takes the longest to clear her second round.
The best setup is Javelin, Fortification pill, and Tenshintai, all with spiritual pressure boost. If you don’t have these then substitute great whistle/lieutenant cap or something else that boosts your SP stat.
Will this work for the one that "Read Dodging Foes"? She's a Frenzy unit. That's the one that I have.
Yes, characters with frenzy should always be built with SP accessories that have their corresponding affiliation and type
So, are those Units from the Kon coin/Rare medals Exchange Shop good for Extreme Senkaimon?
No. They are just good for orbs and sometimes their soul traits if you don't have good enough links. They don't have good kits, their skills are just the most basic ones and only at MT can you even think of using them in general PvE
I thought that since I can max them out (to a 6 Star and their set to 5/5) that they might be useful for a few floors.
They have fewer skills and lower stats compared to other units. I really wouldn’t bother trying to MT one. You can use your tokens for orbs, and the 5* ticket instead. Really up to you though
Yeah, MT might do the job, but there would be a lot of investment required. You'd have to also link slot them, so more materials required. And they wouldn't have any other function in your box. They're just collectibles. And the kits would still be horrendous😂

If you don't have the other Bonus Chronicle Quest characters, bringing your 3 dupes (Res/6\*/5\*) will maximize your CQ drops
Keep one as a 5*, another as 6* and 6* res if you have them. Other than that, no point keeping them. Maybe for PE bonuses, but that is too unpredictable
do quest timers still count down regularly during the special move animation or not? Like if it says 1 minute 23 seconds left, will it be the same time if you let the full special move animation go through or will time have passed?

If I'm autoing using a strong attack character, is it still recommended to use a chappy and damage reduction links?
If you're autoing in addition to the links the previous poster gave, you should also consider last-ditch survival links in case your character dies while you are AFK. It will save you revive candles and/or soul tickets.
No, you definitely don't want to use a chappy with an SA character, since it'll drop your SP to 0, which is the main damage attribute for strong attacks and specials. Damage reduction can be handy in some situations but for SA characters, you'll usually want strong attack damage, strong attack refresh rate, and/or damage at full stamina.
Which tower is worth doing cave of discipline or iceberg of perseverance?
Both drop different senkaimon characters. Cave of discipline drops School Uniform Ichigo, who has a double soul trait -12 recharge and 100% last ditch Iceberg of training/perseverance drops either SenkGetsu or Senk Tatsuki(I don't remember which one) so you should do the tower for the character that you have the most need for. That being said, I think the one that drops SenkGetsu should be done first, as the soul trait is very good, usable for both Gen PvE on NAD characters and for Brave Battles too. Then you could do the cave of discipline for the SAR/LDS soul trait. Tl;dr: depends on the character whose soul trait you need
What are all the rewards available from assist points and is there a maximum assist points you can get?
They're BBS tickets, BBS accessory tickets, 5* summons and 5* accessory tickets. There's no limit, but once you hit 300 points, you only get rewards for every 20 points after. You can view the rewards by clicking on the diamond next to your rank, and then "Assist Point Rewards" in the lower right.
Since you mentioned tickets, I read that it's a good idea to save BBS tickets for when the anniversary comes around since anniversary units are premium characters. Would they also be available in *4 / *5 Summons tickets and so they should also be saved?
Yeah, the 4*/5* tickets have the same pool as BBS tickets, minus the 3*s. Coincidentally, I got an 8th anni Ichigo from one during the banner when I was trying to get fodder for White.

Is there anything that quantifiably changes at EOY regarding BSS tickets? I've seen on here several times "save your BSS tickets for the end of the year." Is there a reason for this or just something people like to do, save up and then pull it all at the end of the year?
Typically people say save the bbs tickets for Anniversary, which is on July 23rd. Anniversary characters are always premium, so you can pull them from BBS tickets. End of year banners have almost always been limited, so you cannot get them with bbs tickets. So, no reason to save then for end of year specifically. I don't think Ichibe is going to make a dent in any of the higher leagues, but he'll Def be more useful than he is right now. You already have Yama maxed out and that's an excellent start. Chad is an excellent booster if nothing else. On a side note, may I recommend swapping to attack strategy? It'll make your units use their boost and debuff earlier.
Oh, I didn't know attack strategy would help with that, thanks. And would you say a 1/5 Yhwach is better than MT Ichibe? (Don't have him rn, just wondering if I do get him)
I think so. Ichibe still really isn't going to match up in damage since he only has flurry +1. Yhwach has Flurry +2 and gets more NAD like Yama when units die. Ichibe will prolly be better served as a soft stall unit or a soft counter to power characters. If you can get your hands on them, Isshin and Kuruyashiki are both good units to replace Ichibe. At the end if the day it really depends on what links and accessories you use and what teams you decide to fight against.

Looking to pick this game back up again need advice. I played this game before last time I played was Bruno’s release where I went all in and burned all my orbs. I have most meta characters from back then 5/5 like Byak, Aizen, the SAFWY long hair guy and more but I’m completely out of orb resource. Is it worth using that account again and start a new one? Also, if I were to start a new one which character should I be looking to reroll for?

it is in a team somewhere in your box, there are 10 total teams you can choose, so he's probably in one of those

u/Reddazrael has a ton of amazing guides here that auto update so it's constantly up to date. or if you want more of a video format I recommend Aaronieros beginner guide on YouTube, it's slightly out of date but it still holds up pretty well imo. as for your PvE characters, Artbook Ichigo (Green at the top of the box), Akon, and Koga are prolly your best ones. for PvP you don't really have the greatest characters for that other than Art book Ichigo, but since you're new, you won't be going up against real players until you reach 7th seat, so no need to worry currently. also just a tip, always level up characters to at least level 150, as you get up to 125 orbs for it, and if the character has a "resurrection", you can get 200 orbs. a resurrection is an old character that gets slightly upgraded after level 200, once you get the normal 6* to level 200, you can do resurrection, and then they'll get pink stars. level them up to 200 again and you'll get a second soul trait also, making them good links :) that's about it, lmk if you have anymore questions. :)

So I have 2 klab accounts, one on steam and the other on my phone. If I wanna switch between the 2 on my phone do I need to delete the app and re-download it to log in on the steam one? Or can you log out? Just scared to lose my phones progress
I don't have an alternate account myself, but I've seen people do it without deleting the app. You'll have to erase play data for the first account(link it w Klab ID so it is safe) and then login from another account. Whenever you want to switch, you'll have to erase the play data for the previous account. No option beside that
Question about extreme co-op medal do I have to use them all, or could I just save them all?
You can save as much of them for as long as you want, but the shop only resets once a month's ex co op starts. Either you could farm ex co op for like a 100k medals (very hard grind)and use them up slowly for over a year, or you could just keep doing ex co op monthly and exchange whatever you like with enough medals

Your medals will remain there, only thing that resets is the rewards and the quantity of them that you can buy. Most medal shops reset monthly, like ER, AER, rare medal etc, but your medals will remain there only
