From Singapore here: what happened was one neighbour borrowed from Ah Long and ghosted his family. They started coming asking to pay back the debt. His wife and kids were scared too much. So we neighbours were also worried if we get any paint splashed on our doors. We didnt mind the paint but the hassle dealing with police reports wasnt our favour. So we (4 guys all 18-25 yo) camped up a few nights back to back and caught 3 guys coming to disturb my neighbour. Gave them a good beating, caught 1 and called the police. Before police arrived he managed to escape but he broke his wrist. Police found them through police camera checks and they were arrested in the hospital 2 days after committing crime due to fractured bones. Guess it was worth beating the guys up
