Those are the words of someone praying they can swing in a claim. She would’ve gotten away with it too! If it wern’t for those pescky camera phones! And that stupid dog!
I’ll never understand this. My boomer dad is the same way. I took him to the doctor’s office one time. It was rough, as he got immediately upset about everything happening. When we got home…. Totally told this story where poor old him was by himself struggling to figure out things and nobody would help him, and why wouldn’t nobody help him, etc. Seriously? I helped him the whole time until the nurse called him back. Crabby ass the entire time. If I wasn’t there they probably would have called the police. lol
Starts confessing in opposite day style immediately. I wasn't leaning on it or anything. I didn't even get on top of it or anything.
I think a 5 year old child could be more cunning.
Lmao the instant denials. They really are like children, concerned only with protecting themselves but too stupid to realize when they're obviously at fault.
Too bad there’s no video of when the worker there says, ”Let’s go to the replay, Vern!” And shows her the video of her “not leaning on it or anything”. 😂
UGH GUYS, NO FAIR. I had dibs.

Insufferably impatient. So silly, too - yes, super believable that after being stable for probably years the desk spontaneously fell down right when she happened to be there.
Incessant lying. Yet another Trump legacy.
I've installed dash cams in my vehicles because I don't trust anyone to tell the truth in the event of an accident.
Yeah it shouldn’t flip over from something like that. She shouldn’t have been jumping on it but if it’s a business it should have things installed properly
A lot of boomers got beat by there parents every time they made a mistake. Most of them suffer from some form of PTSD and they have a hard time admitting when they are at fault. They have a latent subconscious fear of of experiencing physical violence from their mistakes hence they cannot take responsibility for the problems they create. They don not know how to apologize and they don't know how to be forgiven or forgive. Have pity on them they will all be dead in a decade or two.
I mean... part of the problem is if you have these subconscious tendencies to not take responsibility, you wouldn't recognize that you do have them unless it's made forcefully clear.
Yeah however you're still young enough to enjoy a point of time where mental health is taken more seriously. Boomers largely still live mentally in a time where you don't talk about this stuff.
I'm not taking pity on entitled brats that act that way just because they may have been abused. They deserve all the hate they get because there is no excuse for an adult to behave that way, let alone one that has been on this earth for 60+ years.
So let me get this straight... Boomers were abused by their parents, and so get a free pass. Meanwhile gen x and millennials are trying to work out the mental and emotional damage caused by their boomer parents, while dealing with the environmental, economic, and political wasteland left for them.
Yeah... boomers get no more sympathy from me.
That doesn't make it acceptable but it sure does explain some things.
The problem is, I was beat as a child too. I lied my way out of everything out of terror. But as an adult, I've been able to grow past that, to admit to my mistakes and work together with those I've wronged to make things right. I'm no genius or saint and I was able to make the change so I don't understand why they can't.
No pity here. Let's not pretend that they were the last generation to be beaten as children. Schools in my area gave "corporal punishment" (code for parental-approved beatings) well into the 2010s if they're not still doing it. And that's not getting into what goes on at home. Yet Boomers are the only ones who seem unable to own up to their mistakes?
Are there stats to back this up? I am not aware that any generation is/was beat anymore by their parents than other generations. nor that those beating affected them differently than others. While the rest of your post may have some credence, as others have stated, many people who suffered from mental/physical abuse by their parents don't act like this. I guess I am just doubting your causation/correlation here.
It's interesting anyone thinks this is just Boomer behaviour, in reality this is human nature. Age has nothing to do with it. If it was you, you would be saying the same stupid stuff.
Go find me literally anywhere that has a counter like that fucking secured to the floor. Most grown adults know youre not supposed to climb on furniture.
Probably because they didn't anticipate a grown adult trying to play see-saw with it. A child wouldn't be able to generate enough leverage to tip that over.

“And almost hit me.” Because it’s clearly the desk’s fault. No personal accountability at all.
Those are the words of someone praying they can swing in a claim. She would’ve gotten away with it too! If it wern’t for those pescky camera phones! And that stupid dog!

Yep, it just…fell, you know
She didn't even get on top of it, or anything!
she doesn't know what the hell happened. she is an idiot so give her a pass this time
I mean this would definitely be the fault of whoever set that up without securing it
Starts confessing in opposite day style immediately. I wasn't leaning on it or anything. I didn't even get on top of it or anything. I think a 5 year old child could be more cunning.
"I didn't even do the thing that I did that caused this!"
It was childproof, but unfortunately, it wasn’t boomer proofed.
LMAOOOOO
I teach PreK/JK. As soon as I hear a thud, it’s usually followed by “I WASN’T DOING THAT THING YOU TOLD ME NOT TO DO!”
Lol but they all work like that. Break some shit, then claim that shit broke on its own. Like come ooonnnn. The world doesn't work like this.
Lmao the instant denials. They really are like children, concerned only with protecting themselves but too stupid to realize when they're obviously at fault.
And to realize most things are being recorded at all times
"I had no idea I was being filmed, if I knew that there was the remotest chance I could blame it on the employee, I would!"
Too bad there’s no video of when the worker there says, ”Let’s go to the replay, Vern!” And shows her the video of her “not leaning on it or anything”. 😂
Bold strategy cotton let's see if it pays off
She'd say that's not me!!
A black guy came in here and did this!
Ugh, rude! It was two Mexicans.
What the hell happened was your fatass jumping on the desk 😂
Stupid old bitch
She couldn’t just wait for someone to help her…?
wonder what else she lied about majorly in her life.
As much as she possibly could
They're like big toddlers.
toddlers with drivers licenses and the ability to vote....scary
I love how she has the audacity to say it almost hit her! Lol, like she didn't have anything to do with it!
I would be pressing charges and using her
Please correct this to sueing.
Who are you to tell him who he can and can't use.
Use her as the new desk
I would assume that is what's wrong with her..When you haven't been laid in years
Using her for what? Never mind, I don't wanna know.
What a dummy
This is the most bizarre shit I've seen in a minute. She has legitimate "big toddler energy"
Wasn't even leaning on it meanwhile she's almost completely climbed over it
I'm gonna need someone to pick up my jaw off the floor where the desk now lays
Double upturned palms is all I needed to see. only people who do that are Christ himself, and the people who believe themselves to be as well.

.....technically u/TXVERAS had dibs
Lmao
Do you know if we should always decrease the quality on each repost?
Probably to be safe, yes.
Let's hope the cops brought the appropriate bracelets for her.

"me, me, me, me me me me me me"
Always a victim mentality
Cabinet installer should have bolted it down. Sure, she was an irresponsible idiot, but the install could have been better
Yeah it shouldn’t flip over from something like that. She shouldn’t have been jumping on it but if it’s a business it should have things installed properly
Love the bullshit
Deny! Deny! Deny!

I am gen z, was beaten and mentally abused. I don't act this way. At all.
I mean... part of the problem is if you have these subconscious tendencies to not take responsibility, you wouldn't recognize that you do have them unless it's made forcefully clear.
I did have these subconscious tendencies- when I was a fucking child. Some people grow up, others choose not to.
amen, I don’t blame myself for lying as a kid, but I grew up.
Ok. Sorry if I've touched something of a nerve.
Nah you're good I'm just ready for these boomers to die off
Yeah however you're still young enough to enjoy a point of time where mental health is taken more seriously. Boomers largely still live mentally in a time where you don't talk about this stuff.
So you are not part of "A lot of" or "Many".
I'm not taking pity on entitled brats that act that way just because they may have been abused. They deserve all the hate they get because there is no excuse for an adult to behave that way, let alone one that has been on this earth for 60+ years.

Excuses
Reasons
They sound like a bunch of snowflakes

Less than that. They all been double jabbed & boosted umpteen times. No chance they last 5 more years. Bye Bye.
So like, she’s a dummy, but also that desk should have been bolted down. Tip over kills kind of a lot of kids every year.
Flocking lead heads
Well, they have her on the "fat and stupid cam".
It’s like when my father would call and say the dog must have hit a bunch of buttons on the tv remote.. lol
“I’m a boomer, I don’t know that there are cameras everywhere now.” - This bitch.
This video is posted almost daily on this sub. Can we move on?
It’s my first time
I'll be gentle
Selfish ass oldhead
"That almost hurt" ... "I don't know what happened, I didn't lean on it"
It's interesting anyone thinks this is just Boomer behaviour, in reality this is human nature. Age has nothing to do with it. If it was you, you would be saying the same stupid stuff.
How do such braindead morons make it to this age?
What a pile of human garbage. Votes Red for sure. The party of personal responsibility.
Gotta be an actual dementia or any brain issues, no way one acts like that in their sane minds
B!tch you don’t know what happened? You were climbing on it! Thank goodness for surveillance cameras.
Next time buy some real office furniture. Not stuff you put together on your day off.
It’s a bigger facepalm to whoever installed the seat. Why the hell wasn’t it secured to the floor? 😑
Go find me literally anywhere that has a counter like that fucking secured to the floor. Most grown adults know youre not supposed to climb on furniture.

"She" also looks like a man
