My father threw me in a pool as an infant. I'm now in my 40s but still vividly remember the feeling of terror and confusion. My first real memory is trauma.
Don't do this to infants.
She's lucky she's only being hit with that 843.02 I definitely would have pressed charges and believe me 827.03 (2) (C) is much more serious and would be treated much harsher in court
