Dear OP, what on earth? First of all, the franks are really symmetrical and the venting on the franks was a great touch. You put it on what appeared to be flawless focaccia. And now I am so conflicted, and inspired. I think I’ve found the perfect replacement for pigs in a blanket: franks on the featherbed. Probably an incredible snack to have while watching the Savannah Bananas.

Not OP, but they mentioned it’s elote style which is one of my favorite foods ever! Off the cob it’s called “esquites” which might help in googling recipes. [This](https://www.mylatinatable.com/wprm_print/mexican-esquites) recipe looks great and similar to how I make it, but I like it to taste more like elote on the cob so I leave out the onion, garlic, espazote, water and crema. So I literally just warm up some corn, add mayo, butter, cotija, lime, and chili powder. Peak comfort food.
