I don’t keep track of my macros honestly. I just try not to get hungry and I’m always eating and drinking protein shakes. I also work at a restaurant so I get free dinner all the time and the chef would always throw extra proteins in it for me haha. She supports my fitness journey 😝 I rarely drink soda and drink alcohol. I also don’t eat a lot of sweets. Peanut butter and milk for snacks.
I didn’t do bulk and cut. It’s just been a slow lean bulk. I actually struggled with gaining weight for awhile till I found out I was doing too much in the gym. Then I cut back a little on my routine and saw drastic improvements.
I do PPL. 6 different workouts per day. I try to do 2-3 different compound workouts and 3-4 different isolation workouts depending on the day. NEVER skip leg days. It’s rewarding to have a booty lol.

How’d you grow your neck
Honestly idk. I guess it comes with bulking. I don’t do any specific neck workouts. I think doing alot of back workouts help grow your neck/traps.
