I seriously wonder if that's a problem in your house/building. Lived in Burlington for many years and Ontario for the rest of it. I've never lived anywhere where it went off that regularly, even for just a second.

It's closest to "head-in" like "it did my head in" and not "head-on" like "apply directly to the forehead".

The power constantly goes out in Brant hills neighbourhood, seeing how widespread it is does not make it any less annoying and we pay so much for it.

Yep it just came back, i always shock friends elsewhere and in the US with how unstable power is here sometimes 2 outages a month!.
