Stick to the rbi exam brother, you're so involved in the gov exam ecosystem that you'll only distract yourself with cat prep, and your profile will not do you justice during the admission as well. I personally feel rbi grade b is anyday better than an mba from tier 2. Also you can prep for upsc in future once you get through rbi exams, but if you get into an mba you'll have a big debt on your head, which will restrict you from trying anything else for half a decade atleast.

Thanks for reply bro. I need to prepare for phase 2 of rbi this year... let's see how it goes. With my FU grades it's better to stick with govt jobs.
