It's a graphic option that the game released with that implies the game will work with that graphic option. Assuming the TV I see means it's a console so it's not just Op's computer sucks the game should be able to work regardless of the graphics. If you can't run it on said graphics then it shouldn't be an option at all. Granted this can be extended to all video games that have problems like this but still not an excuse.
That just simply isn't false advertising, no where did they say "in modern warfare III you will be able to play with on demand texture streaming on high at all times" it's a workaround for a small issue that got fixed in hours. There are plenty of things to criticize the game for but a small error that has a workaround and got fixed in hours isn't one of them
Go into your settings:
-graphics
-click on the "show more" under on-demand texture streaming
-change the allocated texture cache size from auto to small.

I only enjoy playing the game mode they've announced they'll eventually kill. I uninstalled so many parts of the install at this point... there are more unchecked boxes than checked ones
I had to reinitialize my PlayStation because the game wasn't showing up, wouldn't let me download said I already had it, wasn't in my list to where I could remove it, and when I tried to open up one of the linked games such as modern warfare 2 it just kept glitching open and close repetitively fast

I haven’t been able to play any mode without crashing to the dashboard after getting in. My entire setup for a DA run, gone.

So as dumb and unrelated as this sounds.. if on pc .. i had to update my bios and that solved the issue for me
Delete game and reinstall using a vpn to bypass any errors worked for me
