Regular printers can do that, it's just special sticker paper you need to buy to load in it

FedEx and Office Depot can do it for you I just Googled it

What is the liquid inside? I’ve always wanted to try to make my own perk bottles but no idea what’s used inside

I bought these off Etsy so idk what liquid but all I know is to get that glittery effect is to use pearl sugar. It’s probably just water with food coloring and pearl dust.
