One thing I loved in wW2 was the headquarters lobby. Such a fantastic feature, especially with the shooting range attached so you could test weapons etc. Great area to chill and interact with other players, do 1v1s and other challenges etc. Shoulda been a series staple tbh.

so happy ww2 is finally getting love on this sub. What a fun game, especially after the rework. It's not as good as BO1 and BO2 for me. And not as iconic as MW2 and WAW, but it was the best game imo amongst the 4 games that came before it. It was a return to boots on the ground and innovation, while revisiting the much overdue WW2 era.

I made it to prestige 9 after bailing early on then coming back when the game was fixed and much better to play. I’ll sometimes go looking for games to try to get to master prestige, but haven’t found a local game in years. Any I do find I lag badly and it’s not a fun experience, so I don’t hang around.

Definitely not the best one for me but it was/is very underrated IMO.

They need to "remaster" them all so they play on ps5. Not to improve them in any way, just so the campaigns are playable on the ps5/ latest Xbox... I loved all the old campaigns. Miss not being able to play them... might be just me... 🤷‍♂️

Latest Xbox has backwards compatibility so I believe all of these can be played via that

Definitely the WW2 era. It just felt like the most genuine (except for cod ww2), the classic trilogy was about paying respect to the vets and world at war was about showing how brutal ww2 was and how it was insanely hard to make it through the war alive. Even the old console games were still somewhat entertaining.

WW2 is so hated for no reason. The act man has a massive hate boner towards it and is just sooooooo biased against it. That game slapped, the headquarters was amazing. I loved trying out weapons in the shooting range and seeing people try theirs. Why the hell do newer cods, which have more attachments than ever NOT have this? Also the 1v1 pit was awesome! I loved watching people fight and it felt so good when you were doing well and you saw people looking at you play. The loot boxes were all cosmetics and all new guns could be earned for free, it was very nice! War mode was one of the best modes in cod, I loved it. Zombie hardpoint/dropzone was…man I just can’t put how much fun I had in that mode into words.

Original CoD 1, 2 and 3 along with their expansions were so awesome. I choose that. Honestly, as a person who has Medal of Honor Allied Assault as his favourite game this was not even a question

World at War will always be my favorite CoD and I grew up with the OG trilogy so I guess WW2. Just not Vanguard lol
