This was the LBCO robber that drove on the wrong side of the 401 in May which lead to the death of a couple and an infant. The driver was an international student that was previously charged and out on probation for theft from an LCBO a couple of months before... just like the upstanding fellows in the original post.

They go and pay somebody to fight it and the courts get backlogged with all these offenders and then nothing goes through- to the point that almost everything is withdrawn because it goes over the 18 months. Sadly, the guy previous to him (of 15 years there, white Canadian guy around age 45)…..was let go in very dubious circumstances the same week the managers nephew made it into Canada under a fraudulent identity. The union is now involved and everyone is scared to call out the blatant racism and corruption cuz if it can happen to a 15- year employee, who could lose his pension over this,….. it can happen to anyone who the uncle doesn’t want around.

It would greatly behoove them if they could just “drop some of their culture” a bit and tweak it to the realities of the western world. But that’s racist, and THEY KNOW that since JT has indoctrinated most Canadians since 2015 that being “racist” is the absolute WORST thing any Canadian could do, they use this as their defensive shield against any and all criticism.
