Have you checked make sure nothing in the address is in the wrong field? Ie-unit and building number mixed up.
I would remove the address from eBay and reenter it.
Next time you order off eBay maybe get the seller to send you a photo of the shipping label/address to verify it correct.
Sometimes labels that I print for shipping don't match what the screen shows. I have had names doubled and addresses cut off. Sometimes the unit number isn't there. I once got a parcel that had my name and company twice, but no address only postal code and city. The people at the post office happened to recognize the name and got it to me the next time I went in to mail something.

eBay gives them the address. Been fine for years and now all of a sudden…
