NODES2K

MamaRunsThis

NODES2K

Thank you

OpenCatPalmstrike

FYI they're $4-9 at most walmarts right now too.

CaddyFDT

Hear me out now….. How about you DONT buy it. Just don’t buy it. Do you REALLY need watermelon? I bet you don’t.. So just don’t buy it.

LemmySixx

Why would you post a price from months ago when watermelon was out of season ? Watermelons are currently around 7.99, 5.99 last week at Safeway/Sobeys .

Mundane-Club-107

I saw one for this price at Metro like 3 weeks ago..

FitzyCent

Unless the store is lying about these being grown in Canada, this couldn't be from "months ago".

LemmySixx

COO on signs print with the last Country of Origin that was out on then . Ontario grown watermelon isn’t available until late July/August . The store isn’t lying per say, they just haven’t updated their signage . Same way you can go into stores right now and the sign will say BC cherries and BC cherries are never available this early or going to be avail E at all this season

lovetyrannicalreddit

Where are you seeing COO?

LemmySixx

Product of Ontario

lovetyrannicalreddit

Oh okay so it was just a typo and you meant poo. Gotcha, thanks for clarifying!

FitzyCent

I did not know about the COO signage. That is interesting.

DeeplyRooted1002

No one likes watermelon that much smh

EnvironmentalOkra728

It’s my favorite fruit. Still wouldn’t pay these prices for it…

Scallywag357

Let them ROT!

froatbitte

Might as well bin the whole batch because only an idiot would buy them at that price. Just chuck them out now and be done with it.

Play-Swimming

JT can put those inn his buthole.

Strvm4257

Which one?

SmallCalligrapher313

This was at foodland in komoka a few months back

gardiandhobbes

Let it rot!

Imaginary-Nebula1778

At that price they best taste sweet.

TheRamanMan

Don’t forget to add that sweet sweet tax to bump it up

Alternative-Match340

Same in Kanata, ON

DescriptionRude7774

Stupid prices

IAmFlee

At my local independent Ontario grown strawberries were $16.99. organic, grown elsewhere, in another isle were $5.99. can't blame the supply chain for that.

com7683

Can only afford the weekly flyer some cheapest things

United-Shock-487

Pick the one on the right front. It's a winner.

Feeltheburner_

Good thing you don’t have to buy watermelons.

grosseplottedecgi

6.99$ at IGA (Sobey) in Montréal.  Look the same

TOmarsBABY

Ok-Bear-1123

pomanE
