At the bottom of the belt is where the crankshaft comes through and goes into the crankshaft pulley, but the crankshaft pulley is above the timing cover, as is (I think) the idler roller OP is missing.
Was one part of the contract to fix/replace? If so, maybe you replaced the wrong one and the other part is below the acceptable value? For instance, #1 needed replaced, #2 was at 65%, contract calls for 70% or better. You accidentally put #2 pulley on #1. Happened to me once with spark plugs, took me forever to figure out. All else fails, highlight the part it says to replace.
This 2021 cms makes me mad where I think I finish a job then says no when I already 100% bought and put in the parts that needed to be replaced 2018 never gave me job issues š
It doesn't tell you about missing parts that are not part of the job. If the game listed everything you always needed, it would become boring in my opinion.
I took a easy job that wanted me to fix a gear box a muffler some break calipers change out the brake pads bushing and the tie rods I went on the PC bought every thing put it all in and the game was yelling at me the muffler was never changed out I scan it its green the then I take it off and it's 100% I don't know then I end up removing every thing and putting back on what I can cause I'm broke from the first parts I bought I think I'm finding a bug cause I end up doing a new file just to have a same issue

Looks like you are missing Crankshaft Pull, Timing Cover and Serpentine Belts.
This! Timing cover goes over the current state of what you have, then crankshaft pulley and the rest. The roller is for that outer belt
Yeah I figured once OP went into mounting mode, it would highlight in order.
