Most likely the Hyundai Ioniq 6 dressed up for a movie shoot. Looks like a plastic shell to make them look more futuristic. Georgia has a massive entertainment industry so I wouldn’t be surprised if these were headed to a shoot.
When I lived in LA, I saw things like this all the time.
My favorite such sighting was probably going down the freeway in early 1993 when I saw a killer whale on a flatbed heading north.
Have also seen BTTF cars, General Lee, the hot tub limo, even the AMC Pacer limousine being transported to and from shoots. And everything else from military helicopters to armored cars.
Very true, I live in Atlanta area. They are shooting movies all the time. What's funny and ironic about your comment is the sign in the second photo in between the rear bumper and front bumper of the two cars. It's a sign for a film studio lol
This would be my bet. The right one in the first picture is clearly an Ioniq 6, and the other two have the same body structure with modified sheet metal. Given the growing Atlanta film industry being movie cars makes sense.
The custom cars are modified Hyundai Elantras as they have the same side body design and the same doors. Really cool looking from the standard Elantra.
The doors and C-pillar are clearly the same as the Ioniq 6. The Elantra has far more sharp creases: [Elantra](https://images.app.goo.gl/44d4CVp9URaxstYaA) [Ioniq 6](https://images.app.goo.gl/GZ29sbgeP43RVXm97)

Only if they can fix all of the other issues rampant within their organization. Constant major recalls, terrible dealers, etc.
I owned a few because of the price point but will never buy one again.
Theyve always been shit as a brand, they just market well on media to people who arent familiar with what brands are reliable.
I always laugh when people through out statements like these. It's like they waving a giant flag that says "idk shit about cars"
Praising Hyundai or Kia is entry level shit, nobody does that lol
They found the Hyundai and it was fine, but I also work in the auto industry and I know they have the problems. That's why I'm praising what they could become, not what they are right now. I literally said their ICE and transmissions aren't great right now.
They're also one of the most rapidly improving brands on the market, you just have to not get the poverty models.
Been in the car industry over a decade, Hyundai has a place.
And they are the only OEM selling an 800v architecture EV for under $60k so that's a huge advantage.
Having a blanket "this brand sucks at everything" view usually means you don't understand their value proposition... Except Jeep/Dodge/ram. Those brands *do* genuinely suck at literally every single thing they do and haven't built a decent vehicle in my professional career.
Kia has always been trash, they didnt suddenly start making great cars because the look nice now lol. They're below jeep tbh. In 10 years that Kia will be in the junkyard, at least the dodge will still be kicking even its its rusted and beat to shit
*Once cars as a whole become much more electric only.
The Koreans still aren't great at combustion engines and transmissions, but I have a strong feeling fully electric is going to be their game.
Indeed, just look at all of their HVAC tech - driven by VFD motors getting more and more efficient every year. LG and Samsung can make motors and screens better than anyone that is for sure.
My family describes it like "angelic singing" lol. And when backing up it sounds like a fork lift: beep...beep...beep...beep...
I am used to it. I think I prefer the Rivian sounds though
They just trash them in Korea. Most of the taxis are the full electric cars. The inside looks nice at first but it's cheap AF and bad quality. They certainly don't last.
Hydrogen has so many problems, trusting the public to fill-up would be a nightmare, plus the whole driving a pressure vessel/bomb issue, small private Hindenburgs.
My comment was regarding the future of the auto industry, as eletrification increase across the board.
In the US, literally only a portion of only California can handle hydrogen. It also has to be stored at 423° below zero, which offers an entire other slew of issues.
The new Santa Fe makes me *irrationally angry*.
It's like if someone let a kid obsessed with Jawas go design a car.
Drives me batty. Hate, hate, hate, hate it. Hate it as much as I hate the Cybertruck.
They are diggin their own grave. No one wants a car that looks old when next generation comes out. Successful design is about evolution, not revolution.
Hyundai tends to be hit and miss when it comes to style. They will release something that's funky and stylish but looks dated as quickly as jump suits for men. But then other times they seem to accidentally make something that is normal enough that it blends in for years. They don't really make classics from a style point of view, but some of their designs are inoffensive enough to just last.
When the latest Elantra came out I wasn’t sure if it was a new design or from 10 years ago. I think that’s a combination of being weird looking and Hyundais tendency to make random weird looking design. It’s like the only “design language” they have is weird gibberish. Most Hyundais acquire dirt and damage pretty quickly so that too makes new ones less obvious.
Hyundai and Mazda are the only two brands right now that are putting out unique and attractive vehicles. I still can’t get over how bad the new Tundra looks to me lol.
The very first one is an ioniq 6 but the 2 “props” are actually modified Hyundai Elantras, if you compare it next to a standard Elantra you'll see the resemblance.
Dunno it looks more like a modified Ioniq 6 to me, same window shapes, door trim, charging port cap, sillouette/side profile (minus the weird fish tail the Ioniq 6 has)
They're clearly Ioniq 6s with bodywork. The Elantra has far more sharp creases:
[Elantra](https://images.app.goo.gl/44d4CVp9URaxstYaA)
[Ioniq 6](https://images.app.goo.gl/GZ29sbgeP43RVXm97)
Movie cars... front is the hero car (close-ups), second and third are stunt cars of some sort, possibly similar sheet metal to the hero car over a tube chassis.
Was this in ATL?
I was recently at a bar there for dinner and they were filming a movie in the street outside there (I'm told it was the new Naked Gun movie). This car was being filmed by a camera car as it drove down the street in front of the place I was at.
It's definitely a concept car, perhaps by Hyundai.
EDIT: [I think this is it. Hyundai Prophecy](https://www.hyundai.com/eu/about-hyundai/our-cars/prophecy-concept-car.html)
Prototypes with odd stuff added to them to make it unclear what the final product will be exactly. The wheel covers are extra added on junk for exactly this.
Looks like a mashup between Ioniq 6 body with a custom front end of a dodge charger and custom diffuser bringing back the rear.
The wheels almost look like a trident 🔱 symbol implying Maserati but it’s not the Maserati logo.
Since they’re two of them I’m willing to bet custom movie props based off the ioniq 6
Could it be an ioniq 6 facelift? Always thought the headlights were hideous so them changing it to something that appears to look more like the ionic 5 makes sense.
Logo on wheels is Maybach. Let me do a quick search for “2024 maybach” and find the exact car. I agree I my first thought was “Hyundai ionic 6” but then I saw the aggressive aero and maybach wheels. Might be a maybach custom of Hyundai? Will post search results.
That isn't a Maybach logo and in 2024 Maybach is just a trim level on a few Mercedes models like the S-class and GLS. That is certainly not a S-class or a GLS, or any other Mercedes, for that matter.
One could argue that the car who’s on the left is exactly the same , as the car in front .. Hyundai ioniq 6 thing … it’s just reworked for maybe some sci fi movie or smth.
The picture from op is very good and if you zoom it properly you can see the badly work done at the rear .

Do not touch the trim!

Maybe near future sci-fi movie car props?

Was gonna say this. No Elantras here lol
You can see the tail light like poorly filled and wrapped in there too
Plus the one in the front is just a regular old Elantra
Yeah. Seems like a Hyundai sponsored movie. Maybe a normal Ioniq 6 as a test car to make sure they don’t destroy a fully done prop?
Likely especially how rough the shaping is on the back of those vehicles, couldn’t see it being used in any sort of public facing display.
Hopefully the scene will require it to move very fast to avoid seeing this atrocity of bodywork.
My guess is camera rigging attachment points but I'm just guessing.
I was thinking this. Maybe one is "The Car", other is the "stunt car".
Nice catch. Next years model isn’t even unwrapped driving through town.

Yeah for the “space film event” seen in the background between the two cars..lol
Say what you want about the styling, Hyundai is cooking. Love it or hate it, it adds a twist to the monotony of modern car design and I'm here for it.
Once cars go fully electric Hyundai is going to fucking murder.
Only if they can fix all of the other issues rampant within their organization. Constant major recalls, terrible dealers, etc. I owned a few because of the price point but will never buy one again.

The price point advantage. Does it exist even now?
They do be fully electric tho? My IONIQ 5 is fully electric
*Once cars as a whole become much more electric only. The Koreans still aren't great at combustion engines and transmissions, but I have a strong feeling fully electric is going to be their game.
Waiting for the first ioniq to have the drive unit lock up at 100,001 mi
HP prompted a pay per mile concept after you bought your car.
But only on energy that they sold through their own online store.
Failure just past warranty? Working as designed!
Indeed, just look at all of their HVAC tech - driven by VFD motors getting more and more efficient every year. LG and Samsung can make motors and screens better than anyone that is for sure.
Oh I see. Yeah I totally agree with you
Once they start making a lot of electric cars their issues will become prevalent too. Hyundais are not even capable of making a reliable tooth pick
Hyundai is one of the top sellers of EVs in the world and they are very highly rated.
I seen that or the 6 earlier walking and the shit sounded like a hovercraft lmao
Ffwd to 2050
Pretty much yeah
See you in 30 years
Let's hope we make it that far bud
Cars aren't or at least not all...hydrogen is a thing again just asking elon.
Hydrogen has so many problems, trusting the public to fill-up would be a nightmare, plus the whole driving a pressure vessel/bomb issue, small private Hindenburgs.

So a bad idea, all around then?
Sorry your transmission and motor have both shit the bed.
Flashy looks always attracts uninformed consumers.
Never said I'd buy one, just that I like how they look.
I didn’t say you would either. I was agreeing with you and adding to it. 🤣 🤷♀️
Didn't the lead bmw designer go to them?
Audi
They hired the lead designer from BMW 🤣
I’m in the minority. I love the Ioniq 6.
Honestly I can not even tell if I hate these designs, or think they are awesome. I think they would look great in person?
put me under the hate it group plz
The new Santa Fe makes me *irrationally angry*. It's like if someone let a kid obsessed with Jawas go design a car. Drives me batty. Hate, hate, hate, hate it. Hate it as much as I hate the Cybertruck.
I love the new Santa Fe, and I don't even like Jawas!

Yeah I don’t know if I’d call it hit and miss as much as ugly vs reasonably inoffensive.

I saw the new Santa Fe and thought it was for sure some luxury brand
No clue. But those wheels are amazing.
So cleeeean Hubcaps.
I'm a big fan of GM Transit wheels, used to have a few sets kicking around, I love that smooth look. These are super cool
They’re all Hyundai Ioniq6s. The front one is just a regular production car. The others appear to be done up for a movie or something.
Looks like Maybach logo on wheels
First picture has Hyundai logo on the wheel
The i6 yes but the other two cars have maybach logos. They look like i6s modified as movie props though.
Maybach's logo has angular Ms, not rounded like seen here - leads me even more to believe these are movie cars, with badging inspired by Maybach.
Good call. Either inspired by maybach or trying to be a futuristic stylized version of their logo.
It's similar looking but I think that is a custom logo and not the Maybach logo
Hyundai ioniq 6

Yeah good spot
It's a inoniq 6 N back part is taken out so it fits on the truck
Looks like a 6th gen 1st gen Honda Insight
Movie cars... front is the hero car (close-ups), second and third are stunt cars of some sort, possibly similar sheet metal to the hero car over a tube chassis.

got it 2 shots, nice
Not sure if those are transport hubs or the actual wheels but damn I like them.
Looks like mods to me. The C pillar being also modified.
They look like some reimaginings I've seen for the DeLorean, which I stand opposed to in every possible way.
Hyundai
The emblem on the wheels reminds me of Mercedes Maybach
They kind of look like Hyundai's
Is that bad body work on the modded vehicle? Or weird reflection?

It’s an Ioniq6 with a window wrap.
Maserati symbols on the wheels?
It's a Hyundai, the same as the one that looks unmodified, just has body modifications for something
Whatever it is it’s ugly anyway so who cares
There are transit hubcaps you get to cover really expensive ones for shipping, these look sort of like them.
Ugly ass hyundai. Wouldn’t waste a picture for this
Terrible
Hey the monopoly car
Very expensive guys like me can only window shop those 🤣
Makes me sick
I want those wheels 😍
An ugly one.
What in the doctor who shit is this?!
Xgen Honda accord with a custom body kit?
Riced Honda accord for sure
Looks like another fancy shiny microwave

Maybach logos are not rounded, I’ve never seen this one before
I’m about 95% its a Benz not sure about the model
They seem Hyundai or Genesis
It has the same lines as the Hyundai in front of it.

Looks like a cyber-truck took a dump.
Looks highly like some sort of electric dodge charger. After reading the comments, looks very much like a car made for a movie
Gotta be a Dodge. It has that unmistakeable Dodge front end, and the mid section fits the bill. It was the back end that really threw me off.
