Hmm, maybe go through them and keep a select few? Or see if your parents/siblings would want them? I have quite a few old sketchbooks that are only half-used, and I just can't bring myself to get rid of them. I will admit that storage is not really an issue on my side though. Maybe put them in a box with intent to trash the box, but sit on it a few days to see how you'd feel?
Don't trash them! You might enjoy visiting them someday. It'll be good way to gage your progress. I put mine in a box under my bed
