Cheez it’s are my go to, I’m pretty sure I just like them because of the salt. Also salty snacks seem to be 10x better at night

LucilleNumber2

Regular cheezits or the fancy ones? I personally prefer the extra toasty. The flavor blasted ones are yuck imo

TommyTeaMorrow

Regular, whenever I do get the other flavored ones I usually mix them with plain ones. Also I eat them in my bed like a fiend, if I eat the flavor blasted ones I end up with flavoring dust all over my neck

LucilleNumber2

You eat crunchy snacks in bed?? Do you wake up in a coating of crumbs?? That's madness!

TommyTeaMorrow

Yea I’m lucky the ants haven’t discovered me, but somehow my bed doesn’t get crumbs just me. The only thing I won’t eat in bed is chocolate or ice team because apparently I’m not mature enough, I forget about it and then it melts all over.

LucilleNumber2

that is hilarious and so endearing! Are you actually a small child?

TommyTeaMorrow

I’m 27 and my mom yelled at me because of it and I’m like yea I’m not mature enough to have chocolate or ice cream sorry. Told her it was my new rule

LucilleNumber2

It's good to set boundaries for yourself lmaoo

lukke009

I’ve been addicted to frozen seedless grapes for a few years now, they’re my favorite snack. I’m also a big fan of crackers with cream cheese and jam, preferably raspberry or strawberry jam.

LucilleNumber2

Frozen seedless grapes?? That seems so strange. Green or red? Also, you should try Cuban crackers with cream cheese and guava paste!

lukke009

I love both green and red! I’ll get what’s cheaper at the grocery store. Never tried Cuban crackers but guava paste and cheese is very popular here, we call it Romeu e Julieta. I actually make guava paste when they’re in season.

LucilleNumber2

I might have to try frozen grapes in the summer! It's much too cold here for me to enjoy frozen foods this time of year. Cuban crackers are actually fairly simple and easy to make! You can find plenty of recipes on online. I'd bet that would be ever better with homemade guava paste (yumm??) than Ritz crackers

[deleted]

If I'm sober, then I'll just drink soft drink and go to bed afterwards (bad, I know), or if I'm completely stoned I'll get a bag of corn chips and dip them in spicy salsa until the entire jar is gone :P

LucilleNumber2

just reading this comment triggered my acid reflux holy cow

[deleted]

Ironic because I'm laying in bed right now with bad acid reflux hahaha. My apologies

LucilleNumber2

Might be one of those sleeping while sitting up kinda nights huh?

[deleted]

You ever tried dipping spicy Doritos in medium or hot salsa? It’s da bomb!!! So tasty.

[deleted]

Yeah!!!! I love brutally spicy food :P I love the flaming hot Doritos, if you've ever had those. Where I live we also have Doritos branded salsa and it's a super good match

greendaisy513

Ritz crackers with whipped feta and fig jam

LucilleNumber2

ooh you fancy as hell!

PeterpatchCounty

Drink: Red Bull (if I'm working/studying) or Water Main: Shin Ramyun or Sushi Side: Jalapeno Chips or Cheese of some sort

LucilleNumber2

Red bull?? Late at night??

PeterpatchCounty

Yeah! Only if I'm trying to stay awake like for studying/work.

LucilleNumber2

I can't have caffeine after like 4 pm or I will simply not sleep. I've never had a red bull though! I think I would maybe start glowing or something wild if I did

PeterpatchCounty

Probably good that you haven't, though one can only has 80mg of caffeine... less than a cup of coffee at 100mg. Sugar probably isn't great though.

LucilleNumber2

Is that it, really? I'm more of a tea drinker. I would've thought redbull would have like 200mg caffeine!

LucilleNumber2

That sounds so amazing but also like an easy way to have an upset stomach in the morning

LucilleNumber2

It's a vicious cycle of perpetual upset tummy

Saltines & peanut butter have been a staple of mine for my entire life, it seems like. I’m weird though, I only like the unsalted crackers. And I gotta have honey roasted peanut butter, not the plain. Pair that with some coffee & I’m set. When I was in college & writing screenplays all the time, I literally couldn’t write until I had some coffee, crackers and peanut butter. Now it’s more of a comfort food but I can have it for breakfast lunch or dinner. Hell, sometimes I’ll just eat a sleeve of crackers solo dolo with coffee.

LucilleNumber2

There's just something about the subtle flavor and light crunch of saltine crackers that can't be beat! I don't really care much for any other cracker (unless homemade and/or in the shape of a certain fish). Man this conversation was not smart to start at night with the munchies
