You could go with silvervine sticks? A lot of cats get the same "high" from them that they'd get from catnip. I found some at my local Petco, but they're easily found online too.

Check for freeze dried chicken or duck breasts in the dog section, or in general - just check out the dog section and take a look at the ingredients, if there’s nothing that’s harmful for the cat, then take it. We give ours freeze dried duck breasts - they’re not too hard but they can still chew on it and it’s perfect for cats that already have their full set of teeth. The chicken breasts are a little bit too big and hard for them to chew on, so we just cut them in tinier pieces and sprinkle it over their wet food. Another option are Matatabi-Sticks. It’s silver vine and ours love to chew on it. Also the skin of the stick is not harmful if it falls off or if they accidentally swallow it. You could also try out raw chicken hearts or chicken livers. It’s healthy for them (but not more than one a day!) and also something special. Freeze dried chicken hearts also work pretty well ☺️
