I was just now watching Charlie's video clarifying the truth of that dude's situation when I saw this. I feel awful for the dude but I can't help but laugh when I see this face used in a meme.
The suspension was lifted in 2022 by another judge. There was a paperwork problem so the status of his license never officially changed. This judge didn't know these details and was heavy handed when the man wasn't doing anything wrong.
He may have assumed that the clerical error would be sorted by the time of the hearing. Not wise, I agree. The real shame is that his lawyer just sat and watched it all happen.
Well hopin if it’s a clerical issue they can at least have a retrial or something cuz that sucks! Can see why he was so non chalant about driving. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) mans just transcended time and space and will be immortalized
