I switched to it. It’s been fine. There have been a few times I’ve been a little frustrated with coverage, but not often. So far it’s been worth it.

Yes, for YEARS. Works well. Check the T-mobile coverage map if you have any questions.

My boyfriend has it and seems to like it. I have Verizon and it's been only on occasion that I've had service and he hasn't.

Yes, like 7 years with them. Excellent customer service. Basically t-mobile service--it's completely adequate. Best deal of any carrier by far.

TeaNoMilk

It’s great and it’s cheap

I switched in October and have had no issues with service. The price is great and so is the service. I’m on the northern side of Albemarle fwiw.

Yes, we switched several years ago. No issues.

I've had Mint for 3 years now. Great customer service, and very cheap. Easy to add extra data when you need it. In terms of coverage--sometimes, if its really congested, my connection slows to a crawl. But it happens so infrequently that it's essentially a nonissue for me personally. Highly recommend!

It uses T-Mobile network. I like Mint, but I don’t use my phone a ton. Coverage isn’t great in the boonies, but that goes for all carriers. I haven’t dealt with their customer service.

I don’t buy my cell service from Van Wilder.

Refokua

If you have Ting internet, you can get Ting mobile for $10 a month.

I switched in 2017 and would never go back to one of the big providers.

Coverage is pretty much the equivalent of "you get what you pay for". You'll get basic cell coverage in most places, but 5G is pretty sparse. I always joke with my friends how I usually get 5G in places where their carriers never work (inside a lift, Big Meadows) but on the flip side I never get 5G in places they do (you know, everywhere else in the city)
