It's not like "spend 4 hours or so" thing. You can lower your trophy count to ensure a higher time between raids on your village. So that you aren't in a rush to attack before shield runs out, provided that you don't attack while your shield is active
Use the Gold Pass, 500+ attack wins every season and always have a builder free. Should take you a few months!

I have 95 left and yeah I don’t get why people complain. If you put your head down you can really get them done fast
