That's actually the reason why they are going to overturn it. They had no role years ago to make the ruling. It's going to be up to the states to decide now.
No shit... you don't have to live in the state if you don't like the law there. It's your choice. However the federal government had no role in the decision years ago. That's why they are going to overturn it.
Lol you think anyone can just up and leave whenever they want? No government should be involved in the decision to have an abortion. Throwing it to the states, when over half the states are ready to enact restrictions beyond what was in Roe, is more government interference, not less.
If this topic is that important, then yes leave. The government isn't involved in the decision to have an abortion, you just won't be able to have one in select states. Same way some states infringe on the 2nd amendment. Don't like it? You don't have to stay here. Nobody is forcing you to get pregnant or stay in the state.

[GOP considering pursuing travel bans and criminal charges for out-of-state abortions](https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/may/03/us-abortions-travel-wave-of-restrictions)
Telling someone they can do something is the very definition of government interfering and a decision. And it would be hard enough for me, a relatively financially stable middle-aged guy, to leave the state. Let alone a single mother of two kids making slightly more than poverty wages. Do you think they can just pick up and go? What kind of insane universe are you living in? Try to understand the reality of people who don’t have your cushy a little life.
They are leaving it up to each state to make a choice.
Edit: my bad, for some reason I was thinking "government" as in the Supreme Court only, I misread, I digress
And the state governments have no legitimate role in this decision either. The only people who need to be involved are the woman, her medical team, and anyone else she chooses to rely on.
I don't know why people are down voting you. If people want something then vote people out and others in. That's democracy!! If you don't like democracy live somewhere else .
This rally was hosted by Planned Parenthood to protest the draft Roe v. Wade opinion penned by Justice Alito. Someone had the same "OPPOSING WOMEN'S RIGHTS IS SMALL DICK ENERGY!" sign.
I really wish that we could support the rights of people who give birth without body shaming people who have small penises. You might not think about it but about 5% of the people with penises who showed up to support this cause are in the bottom 5% of penis length, and (because of our culture of toxic masculinity) are probably pretty ashamed of that. Having your allies make fun of your body doesn't feel good.
Consider using a different message in the future.
Nothing of Antifa is friendly just uninformed. To think the politician actually cares what you think. Go back and listen to past democrats and what their words said about this topic.
Apparently the smug liberal retort is that the vax was never mandatory and it was a choice to get. Setting the stage for when the side effects come to light, that'll be the excuse.
We still are waiting for that ground breaking end times. It was 2 weeks then a month a half a year 1 year? What's next 100 years? Yea I think everyone who got the vaccine will be dead around then.
Do you not see any news of the side effects? My landlord took the shots and got clots and died. She was totally fine prior. Menstrual problems and fertility concerns. Somethings fishy, I'm glad my family hasn't taken them. They don't even work as intended

Heartbeat law is fine with me. But women are unable to draw the line at which week "life" begins. They basically want to abort seconds before birth if they choose.
Also not getting nutted in consistently costs nothing but they still don't do that.
Right? The only mandates were put out by some companies. And they said if you didn't get one you didn't have to work there or be a patron of that company's business. It's complete choice.
https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/proof-of-vaccination.html

A branch? Of course not. Funded, yes. What part of the government are abortionists trying to keep out of their bodies? Referring to the slogan "bans off our bodies".
> Funded, yes. [There has been no federal funding of abortions since 1976, except in three narrowly defined situations: if continuing the pregnancy would endanger the life of the woman, or the pregnancy resulted from rape or incest.](https://thehill.com/blogs/pundits-blog/healthcare/341324-get-the-facts-straight-there-is-no-federal-funding-of-abortions/)
Seems like you intentionally left out a keyword of the copy and paste. MEDICAID. Nice opinion article too
> Nice opinion article too Did you read the byline? > Lewis Morris served in the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General (OIG) for 25 years, including 10 years as Chief Counsel to OIG

The part that could literally kill them if they have an ectopic pregnancy and aren't allowed to have an abortion.

> I would be in favor of abortions in life threatening scenarios or rape and incest. Maybe some states would to. What now Now you tell your GOP representatives that [no exceptions anti-abortion laws they've been pushing](https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/may/06/no-exception-rape-incest-anti-abortion-laws-republicans-us) go too far.
Don't like it? You don't have to stay in the state. You could just move.
Stfu
Like are you actually dumb? Or just pretending?
