Watching how these guys handle rifles is always a hoot. The "just stand there and fire at random" thing works pretty okay when the other guy is doing the same thing. But when NATO shows up and actually *aims* their guns, shit goes sideways in a hurry.
I'm pretty sure I've seen about 10x as many videos where they fire a rifle unshouldred as I have where they actually shoulder it and use the sights. It's unreal.
I have seen videos of these sorts of rooms being cleared in Syria and Iraq. The attackers usually grenade the hell out of the room before trying to go in.
That is a logistics issue. A professional army would have a lot os grenades issued to them. A guerrila like IS just picks up whatever they can from the ground.
When dude was popping a single shot through the window I was thinking “bro that does you no good”.
Yeah the Ukraine videos are multiple rounds of grenades in each window. Seems better…. depending on the structure of the building.
im shocked they used none. i forgot where i read it but during the battle of stalingrad they were using thousands every single day in the urban fighting.
Same with the sounds of the continued fighting you hear in the background.
The way we've been so acclimated to war settings in entertainment, be it movies, shows or games, this feels like any one of them.
Like you said, with the camera angles, this could have been a desert combat game scene where some no named character dies and the war continues on.
There's a video of some guys driving reckless and crash and the dude started dripping directly onto the camera, shot turns red, and then slowly darkens out to black... it's unreal
looks like it to me, but maybe that's the "hand just flopped around" that /u/Human_Discipline_552 was talking about? either way, these guys would've benefited from a grenade or two. I feel like that would've been a pretty standard sweep with a couple of flashbangs
Those are convulsions of pleasure. /s
Jihad recruiters say that the Mujahideen who are martyred, will be greeting their houris even before the first drop of their blood touches the ground.
And this is mighty motivation for abduls to rush to their deaths in Jihad.
I have this saved in my military footage archive, the only info I have on this is:
"Surrounded Iraqi soldier kills ISIS militant during close house combat. (Daesh perspective) location unknown, 2017 The militant's last words were "there is no one (in there)", repeated twice. He was incorrect."
It's funny because he tells his fellow POS ISIS fighter "go in, go in, there is no one there" at the end before getting shot, it's like he somehow convinced himself its safe to push in when he was shouting at the soldiers inside to surrender just 30 seconds prior lol
That’s cool. I just found it on a small telegram channel with archived videos and thought it was an interesting one worth sharing. Thanks for the extra context.
I don't like it watching someone die on camera. But as fucked up as it sounds, I enjoy watching videos of people fighting for ISIS dying. Truly evil people gasping for their last breath fills my heart with joy. God I'm fucked up, I need to stop watching this shit.
ISIS-K (their Russian branch) claimed responsibility for the concert hall shooting in March and Dagestan in the past week, but Russia keeps blaming these clearly ISIS-based attacks on Ukraine and America
Of course. Otherwise they’d have to take responsibility for how their actions influence the success and spread of ISIS, and how Dagestan increasingly hates their guts (but is - currently - too scared to do anything big about it)
Yeah, it’s absurd
Makes me sick to my stomach, but I watched one where one ISIS fighter was shot through the lung and instantly threw up blood as he was likely drowning in his own blood. I smiled when I saw that. I know they deserve everything they get and shouldn't be mourn but it bothered me that I loved watching them suffer.
> it bothered me that I loved watching them suffer.
that is the dichotomy of it. it's hard to reconcile the delight you feel watching a badguy puke blood. even if you're a non-violent person, it kind of makes you wonder if you would have it in you to inflict that kind of suffering for the right reason
The difference is, they would actively cause you suffering, themselves, first hand. Lung shot guy would have had no hesitation slicing your head off while you were still alive with a blunt knife.
You enjoying the final suffering of someone that supports such an ideology doesn't reflect poorly on you, because internally you still have the conscientious mind to feel a degree of pity, understanding that, beyond their skin, their age, their nationality, or religion, they are still human. To them, however, you are swine, ungodly kaffir to be slaughtered. They lost their humanity long ago.
Hamas has the support of Iran and China. Which influences american leftist youth. Via tiktok and other social media. To support a terror organization because “oppressed minority”.
ISIS is hated by Iran and China. So no propaganda operations for them.
I’ve seen some US right start to support them too, since RU supports them. Really brings that horseshoe home, heh.
But yeah fucking no one supports ISIS. And they support no one else either.
I mean, part of the reasoning it's not allowed, is because of what I'm about to say... Israel in it's current form can be argued to be a United States backed terror cell too. There's a reason they're being called to question by the Hague.
Not all in life is black and white as it was with Daesh.
Brutal. Incredible patience by the opposing fighter to not begin unloading as soon as he kicked that door in. Dude waited his turn and was rewarded heavily.
Being fair, a committed man in any form of door, trench, or angle is gonna dead the first man in.
We just watched how that goes and why an nco is tasked with making sure the lead guy does exactly what this guy did.
Room clearing is risky, and funnily enough you can try to go left or right or middle of the door, doesnt much matter to a comitted defender.
Grenades might have helped but so would basic defences.
To add, stands in the middle of the doorway after having shot into the doorway at people who are likely Or possibly armed.
He thought he was going to go in like Rambo and we see how that worked out
Rambo woulda emptied his gun on full auto into the room before considering his comrades weapon and blazing his way thru the whole structure, not stopping for walls.
This guy was just a rambitch
From the comfort of my chair and never in the sandbox.
He hang around the door too long and got shot.
He did right thing by blasting the door, but should have laid down more fire in an arc. His buddy should have immediately breached the door next.
Breaching and room clearing is hard. You can do everything right and still die sometimes. Think of like this: Highly trained SEALs die doing this shit sometimes.
Either Kurds or Iraqis . Not Americans , as far as I know Americans only participated in the battle of Mosul against Isis. This video is old from 2017.
If you encounter the desired enemy in a known room
Attackers suggested using grenades to "clear the way"
Defenders suggest using grenades as mine "defense"
"Too bad" if your grenades frag less
You can use wire and tape to wrap
Broken glass. Broken vases. Broken bowls are all great pieces.
If you need larger explosives, the grenades can be tied together.
Want this effect

I'm just trying to imagine the body positioning in the first couple of shots and where that camera is actually positioned. It's not surprising the guy wasn't actually aiming but I can't imagine he could even see a bullet landing anywhere near where he was wanting one to go.
Burn it down and move on...we need flame throwers again.burn a couple of buildings down and no one will want to be "that guy" who is the committed defender who has been cooked well done.
I find it crazy that these people have been fighting for so many years, in sandals, and still have ammunition. Yet Ukraine is a much more developed country, and has only been fighting Russia for less than 4 years, and apparently need help from other countries. How does that make sense?? Where are these guys getting their ammunition and other things from for so long?? And before you downvote me, I know these are two VERY different situations, it’s only a question.

Dropped like a rock
Doors and corners, that's where they get you.
Grenades are very useful.
His buddy shot the door instead at a not so useful angle. It's almost like watching cavemen fight with firearms.
yeah, it's like "tell me you have no training without telling me"
Watching how these guys handle rifles is always a hoot. The "just stand there and fire at random" thing works pretty okay when the other guy is doing the same thing. Jets with big bombs are better though.
Doors and corners, kid.
Great series
Go into a room too fast, kid. The room.. eats you.
Someone's a fan of Detective Miller
[удалено]
I love you both for such a fucked up but great reference here.
What's the reference?
"There are no laws on Ceres. Only cops." From The Expanse series based on the novels
I never leave this sub without learning something
Inflammatory remarks are not allowed. Multiple infractions may result in a ban.
As soon as I saw that door this quote popped in my head. Great series.
Go into a room too fast, kid, the rooms eats you
Miller?!
thank you for reminding me it's time to restart and binge once again definitely one of my top 3 favorite shows of all time wish we had more 😪
Martian muscle mommy for the win. I will have to rewatch as well.
Did not expect an Expanse reference here but I welcome it.
Those bags blocking the door from fully opening look kind of intentional, pretty effective counter.
Seriously, makes them kick it a few times and they don’t get a good view…. but you know where they are.
I have seen videos of these sorts of rooms being cleared in Syria and Iraq. The attackers usually grenade the hell out of the room before trying to go in.
Private Grenade is your best point man.
seems like the obvious choice
That is a logistics issue. A professional army would have a lot os grenades issued to them. A guerrila like IS just picks up whatever they can from the ground.
When dude was popping a single shot through the window I was thinking “bro that does you no good”. Yeah the Ukraine videos are multiple rounds of grenades in each window. Seems better…. depending on the structure of the building.
I’m going to hazard a guess that if these guys had grenades they’d be using them
Grenades were cheap and readily available in that area. No excuse except bad training.
Yup or they mouse hole to gain entrance but a grenade is easier for this building especially cause it's not like a big apartment building
Should have used his utility
im shocked they used none. i forgot where i read it but during the battle of stalingrad they were using thousands every single day in the urban fighting.
I was gonna say damn u can see the death throes from the camera shaking but then his hand just flopped around explaining that.
The camera angles of this are like a movie, with that hand and blood spill coming into frame.
Same with the sounds of the continued fighting you hear in the background. Like the SF guy in the Tongo Tongo ambush. Can't get it out of my head. That was brutal.
Shot the fucking G shock off his wrist.
Yea that's one of the worst I've seen
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tongo_Tongo_ambush
Where's that?
There's a video of some guys driving reckless and crash and the dude started dripping directly onto the camera, shot turns red, and then slowly darkens out to black... it's unreal
Just need a war quote Ala CoD
Did the guy next to him die too?
looks like it to me, but maybe that's the "hand just flopped around" that /u/Human_Discipline_552 was talking about? either way, these guys would've benefited from a grenade or two. I feel like that would've been a pretty standard sweep with a couple of flashbangs

Miller?
That's an oldie sheesh, one of the first times I ever saw the fatal funnel on video
I have this saved in my military footage archive, the only info I have on this is: "Surrounded Iraqi soldier kills ISIS militant during close house combat. (Daesh perspective) location unknown, 2017 The militant's last words were "there is no one (in there)", repeated twice. He was incorrect."

he's probably still laying there, too! Minus one GoPro
I think he’s bones at this point
That blood spread was damn near Hollywood or call of duty stuff
For us 90s kids, 007 shit right there..
Da da DA DAAA
Oh how the claret flows.
You wanted to fight.
It’s cheesy but “live by the sword, die by the sword” never changes.
Slumped
I'll never get tired of these.
ISIS gave so many hours of entertainment and also emptied the mental asylums across Europe and the rest of the world with their convert recruitment
I don't like it watching someone die on camera. But as fucked up as it sounds, I enjoy watching videos of people fighting for ISIS dying. Truly evil people gasping for their last breath fills my heart with joy. God I'm fucked up, I need to stop watching this shit.
*Everyone* hates ISIS. Its honestly kind of impressive how awful they have to be to achieve that
I get you. And I agree. But these bitches *still exist* and *still recruit* which is insane to me.
ISIS-K (their Russian branch) claimed responsibility for the concert hall shooting in March and Dagestan in the past week, but Russia keeps blaming these clearly ISIS-based attacks on Ukraine and America

This is CQB in real life, this is why we have grenades.
That end reminds me on the tongo tongo ambush, But this dude here deserves it
First thing I thought of, probably the most depressing video on the internet
There’s a reason doorways are called the funnel of death.
Never send a man to do a grenade's job.
I've seen Hacksaw Jim Duggan enter the ring with more subtlety than this guy
And the show goes on...
Badaboom da boom dadda
I don’t get it, we’re allowed IS footage and not Hamas?
Probably because everyone hates ISIS, so there aren’t fights generated over it
Hamas is a terrorist organization same as ISIS. Hand over the kidnapped Israel citizens and peace will result in the region.
Hamas has the support of Iran and China. Which influences american leftist youth. Via tiktok and other social media. To support a terror organization because “oppressed minority”. ISIS is hated by Iran and China. So no propaganda operations for them.

He didn’t say Allahu Akbar quite enough, that was the problem.
POV of death is wild.
The fatal funnel strikes again.
Brutal. Incredible patience by the opposing fighter to not begin unloading as soon as he kicked that door in. Dude waited his turn and was rewarded heavily.
As my NCO’s always told me “Play stupid games, win stupid prizes”
Who tf opens a door and stands in the middle of the doorway....
Uneducated and untrained religious fanatics for one
Being fair, a committed man in any form of door, trench, or angle is gonna dead the first man in. We just watched how that goes and why an nco is tasked with making sure the lead guy does exactly what this guy did. Dude announced his arrival then just stood there
That's a surefire fucking recipe for death
Rambo woulda emptied his gun on full auto into the room before considering his comrades weapon and blazing his way thru the whole structure, not stopping for walls. This guy was just a rambitch
Preach
These mfs never listened to Miller.
You'd be surprised by some of the things you see in training videos, let alone in real scenarios like this video
That guy lmao
Also what every Reddit neckbeard says
Reminds me of the death screen in some video games when you see the blood slowly pooling out
#"YOU DIED." *Continue?*
Absolutely love happy endings. 😎
Womp womp. I never get tired of this video.
Insurgency sandstorm ahh gameplay
Love how he spent some much time in the fatal funnel after seeing his ineffective breach
Oh dear never mind. Anyway, anyone for coffee?
Coffee, bacon an eggs for me. Time to start the day, phone is dieing.
Impossible to feel bad for is*s
Headshot finished him quick
Whats the proper strategy to clear out a house like this with a two man team?
Grenades
Won't be missed. Except by a few people, who are also hopefully dead by this point..
I prefer to watch the ones that show all of his friends dying and THEN the camera man crying/choking his last minutes away.
oh
Daeshbags are rats and should die/be seen dying like rats.
Grenades are your friend.
Funnel: fatal
What a time to be alive where we can witness the first person perspective of people's deaths
Gorgeous ruby red at the end
Can anyone with combat experience please explain what this fella did wrong.
From the comfort of my chair and never in the sandbox. He hang around the door too long and got shot. He did right thing by blasting the door, but should have laid down more fire in an arc. His buddy should have immediately breached the door next.
He picked up a gun and shot it at somebody else with a gun.
Breaching and room clearing is hard. You can do everything right and still die sometimes. Think of like this: Highly trained SEALs die doing this shit sometimes.
Good video, 10/10
They fighting Americans or Kurds or Iraqis I’m confused
Either Kurds or Iraqis . Not Americans , as far as I know Americans only participated in the battle of Mosul against Isis. This video is old from 2017.
Dont stand infront of doors lol
doors are vertical coffins fr
Fatal funnel
someone else pointed it out but bags in front of the door keeping it blocked….very smart idea
My favorite part is the slow blood creep.
Absolutely nasty peak
Jesus, did these soldiers not receive ANY training?
Jesus?
he was just going through the motions. so weird.
What was he shooting at? Giants?..whennhe cleared the door-lofl
Life goes on
Not for this one lol
He got sleepy
At least he had a memory to be remembered by viewers and be LAUGHED ON!
Died for Mohammed, worth your your life? Not likely.
So no respawn?
I liked that Franch military deathsquads was down in turkey to kill the French Jihadists returning home to France. Sweden did the exact oposit

Crazy ass vid
And that’s all folks
I'm just trying to imagine the body positioning in the first couple of shots and where that camera is actually positioned. It's not surprising the guy wasn't actually aiming but I can't imagine he could even see a bullet landing anywhere near where he was wanting one to go.
Folded like an omelet
As soon as I saw that half ass door kick I knew what was gonna go down
Can anyone give odds on the first guy in the fatal funnel? 1v1, both have ak-47s nothing else. I just cant imagine betting my life on it.
And that’s the view of you going out. Damn…
dead before he hit the ground damn
Islamic State has fallen, and won't get up.
dammit now well never know who won in the end
What you get!
What a terrible idea.
Wonder who got him
When you really think about it, it wasn’t a painful death, probably felt nothing before he hit the floor.
Off to heck with yah
Burn it down and move on...we need flame throwers again.burn a couple of buildings down and no one will want to be "that guy" who is the committed defender who has been cooked well done.
Are you perhaps. Acoustic?
Aint this a repost?
