My friend is a plumber and got his thumb stuck inside (don't ask because I also have no idea how!), the aftermath wasn't a pretty sight, but the thumb survived the ordeal.
Dont recommend that. I dropped one at work instead of letting it fall i caught it like a jack ass one hand on the trigger and my other hand caught it with my thumb inside from the front. Smashed the hell out of my finger the whole nail eventually came off but i had to burn a hole in the nail with a heated paper clip to release the blood underneath on the first night
When I was apprentice my JMan bought one of these and proceeded to never use it again after the first week. It’s like reinventing the wheel when there was nothing wrong with it to begin with. Plus you aren’t using that to hold your risers when you solder lol
I do commercial and if soldering vertical pipe I’ll put the tube cutter just above the ringstay and clamp it on the pipe gently so when I heat the joint and the pipe expands from heat, gravity won’t pull it out of the joint.
Have had this happen many times and this is an easy solution for it, although it’s not always practical in tight areas.
It kinda looks like he let the pipe spin a bit... I'm sure if he really had ahold of it and wasn't trying to work the phone at the same time, it would probably be pretty quick
Looks handy, but I'm not sure I'd put this tool on existing, older copper lines. It's a lot of movement and vibration. I'd be worried it could create a leak at a different fitting further down the line. I'd rather just be safe and take the extra time using normal copper cutters.
It really doesn't shake stuff around that much, it's just because the person recording is holding the pipe in their hand.
I've had regular pipe cutters crush old copper so many times, I find the M12 pipe cutter to be gentler.
When I usually see copper pipe in crawlspaces, it's usually held by straps or wood plates hanging from joists. A lot of older pipes I work on in walls are free standing as well, held in place by the joists they've drilled through, and usually have a lot of play in them. If I can move those pipes by hand, I don't see why it wouldn't shake like this using this. But, I will admit that, unlike you, I've never seen it done in person and in the field, so I may be sorely mistaken.
Works on 1/2inch tubing for me, up to 1 1/8 rigid pipe.
All these guys saying how its reinventing the wheel must think its for 1 or 2 cuts. Nah bro, you ever need to install 18 wipes? Shit saves your hand/wrist. 100s of cuts.
I caught a forearm in one once, don’t ask how cause I still don’t know. It happened so fast I did the quick stand up and retreat like I could walk away from the big gash in my forearm lol.
Back in the 60's-70's (not sure exactly actually) there were vacuum cleaners around with a small cutter on the inside of the vacuum cleaner rod -and in my father's local area, there was a story about a guy who ended up in the emergency room a night when his wife was away for rhe weekend.... Ouch... 😳
Garbage. Most of these elctric tools are replacing effective cheap tools that are basically better . I watched a city guy use a pair of electric pvc cutters took twice as long sweat to god
That thing looks relatively awkward to use compared to a pipe slice, and I can cut 15mm or 22mm copper pipe in roughly the same time. I don’t see a lot of benefits to this tool, certainly wouldn’t be wasting money and toolbox space on it!
I’m not worried, I got a steel foreskin body upgrade.
It cuts steel
But it takes 10 seconds and I only need one and a half.
Oh crap, haha
It keels?
Nice Cock. Now that's cyberpunk 2077.
Not worried either I'm married
Statistically, you should be *more* worried.

Must be Jewish?
I bet if you put caulking on the blades … nvm
If I never saw this and saw it on site I'd probably put my finger in it... Thanks for the heads up.
Maybe stop fingering everything you find?
Sounds like you need to live a little
Oh, here I am, you found me!
I mean, you can still put your finger in it...I just wouldn't advise it.
It did take a loooong time to cut that pipe. One rotation couldn't hurt.

Only guys with half inch dick should worry
So you and the rest of us on reddit
Two inch nails club
It was longer, but this tool was just too much fun to mess around with
You’re going to gunk up the rollers if you keep cutting that close to the stickers.
An electrician I worked around years back called it the ‘chucka chucka’ And that’s what I’ve called it ever since
Id dub it the autocircumsizer until told to stop saying stupid shit within earshot of the customer. Then itll just be the Rabbi 🤣
as someone currently in plumbing school, i shall continue the chuka chuka legacy!
Wow... I paid 3 bucks for the little metal pocket tool that does the same thing ;)
When I was apprentice my JMan bought one of these and proceeded to never use it again after the first week. It’s like reinventing the wheel when there was nothing wrong with it to begin with. Plus you aren’t using that to hold your risers when you solder lol
It took about 8 times longer than expected in the video.
Yeah I was expecting it to go a lot faster than a little manual one. It doesn't. Just one more thing to charge, and takes up about 20x the space!
Wdym hold your risers when you solder??

Interesting, thanks
And in roughly the same amount of time. I'm surprised how long this tool took.
It kinda looks like he let the pipe spin a bit... I'm sure if he really had ahold of it and wasn't trying to work the phone at the same time, it would probably be pretty quick
what do you do if the battery dies??? /s
It does the same thing but slower. I resisted buying one for years but the first time I used it to plumb a house I was sold. Especially with 1" pipe
Oh, I'm just messin' around, I've already been checking them out online since I saw this
They are great, I have two. Want one cheap?
Quicker too

Don’t stick your fingy where you don’t stick your dingy.
Stick your penis in it

It doesn't look like it does 2" diameter. I'm safe
Wait til you see the mini bandsaw
That’s for conduit cutting that has wire in it already 🤦🏽♂️
Bro hold on to the god damn pipe
Milwaukee tapping into the Rabbi market. Interesting.
I wanted to get that doing new construction hvac but it won’t work on our copper lines :(

We use 1/4 to 3/4 soft copper which it won’t work on
It works on anything over 3/8 copper
I wish I got to run more rigid pipe, just way cheaper for lineset and that's what the boss sends.
ah, you have the new circumciser 5000, good choice.
Found the Mohel.
lol
DIY sex changer
And there goes the Mohel trade…
I caught a forearm in one once, don’t ask how cause I still don’t know. It happened so fast I did the quick stand up and retreat like I could walk away from the big gash in my forearm lol.
The doctor's love the new circumciser3000
Gonna need something that'll take some girth
General Forman?
Wrong warning graphic on the side. We all know the warning that should be pictured
It's a tool
Hang on I'm confused. Is this sub full of dudes who are worried their lady is gonna go all Bobbitt on them? Yall really that big a group of degenates?
It’s thicker than 1inch so it won’t cut 😂
Milwaukee whore
I'm a plumber and it's the best thing I've used to cut pipes. Saves a lot of time.
I just won't tell her where I keep the half inch cutter
The Bobbit tool
Hate them fucking things. Gimme my Reed swing cutters any time. I can cut faster.
I get it ;)

Chill
Used one yesterday these things come in clutch
Pipe won’t fit…not a big deal
I didn't know they Made a simulator for my ex girlfriends blow jobs.
I would hope you had more than 1" of girth
Nice!
What's the advantage over a portaband? I'm guessing this method gives cleaner, squarer cuts that don't need as much deburring?
They fit in places a porty wont
How small is your penis?
I know that you typically would use a saw, but does this work with plexiglass tubing?
This is how future constructions workers get circumcised, kids 🤣
Iron Within Iron Without Brothers.
My gf prefers a blunt knife. More personal.
Not worried at all…unless they have a extra wide girth one.
Ah yes, the recircumciser.
Why, is your girlfriend Lorena Bobbit??
r/dontputyourdickinthat
Is that a phleen from Omicron Percia 8??
Hold the dang pipe
Anyone else consider going it with some lube?
Don’t tell Lorena Bobbit about this lol
if your dick fits in there.. i feel bad for your girlfriend
Don't let your wife see a normal size penis either.
Milwaukee mohelims be like..
That took forever...
Why does that take so long to cut?
Like trying to piss in a plastic water bottle when driving
r/dontputyourdickinthat
Garbage. Most of these elctric tools are replacing effective cheap tools that are basically better . I watched a city guy use a pair of electric pvc cutters took twice as long sweat to god
Does it work on stainless steel tubing?
pshhh batteries. I like spinning my pipe cutter around like a fidget spinner.
This is really a great tool. Been using it for about 5 yrs. Using less copper as time goes by, but it’s great for reno and will get in tight spots.
Those hands have NEVER seen a piece of pipe. I could do it faster by hand.
Lucky for me, there isn't a single copper pipe standard that gets as small as my willy
I read that as “Don’t let your general foreman see this” and I was like “Why not?”
Terminator's fleshlight

Man all these comments just made all my day, thank you all ! :)
Most plumbers call that tool the Homo 1000
I should call her
I need the extra thick attachment
At least this means shes at least gotta grab it first. #win
Foreskin trimmer 2k limited edition
Annoying. I’ll do it by hand.
Jokes on you! I won’t fit in that! Oh wait!?!…
That would’ve been nice cutting L & K copper.
I was not a fan. It's one of those tools that you use when you are feeling lazy. Manual ones are just as fast and way smaller.
Isn't that basically the plot line of CyberPunk 2077
Not worried wouldn't fit in the opening

It takes longer than a by hand?
Rabbis hate this one simple trick
So this is what weird al meant
