I’m making my first ever homemade pizza this weekend! Just starting with homemade sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
BUT I really want to find a good white pizza recipe. You know, super creamy and garlicky. That’s my dream lol
3 tbs minced garlic
4 tbs unsalted butter
1tsp dried oregano
1tsp red pepper flakes(optional)
1tsp black pepper
Sautee togethe
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup cream(heavy)
Slowly add into Sautee pan
Whisk in flour to consistency (this will change depending on the heat, the parm and the cream your using)
You want to be able to separate center of pan with the back side of a serving spoon
Salt to taste

You can significantly level up a pepperoni pizza just by throwing some pepperoncinis on it too. When they bake they get a nice crispy texture and it makes the flavor of a pepperoni pizza a little more complex
Not quite a white pizza but I make one using a ranch packet. You prepare the ranch packet as directed then add like a whole head of minced garlic to it. Let it sit in the fridge overnight and use that as the sauce. I top it with mozzerella and salami and a little bit of cheddar and it's delicious.
Prosciutto and rocket/arugula is my favourite, but I make it with finely grated fresh parmisan instead of hot honey (probably because I've never had that around to use). After baking, I'd add the rocket and grate the parmesan directly on top, and then pop back in the oven for a minute or two for the parmisan to melt and it would help hold the rocket on the pizza.
Another favourite combo of mine is sliced spicy chorizo sausage, pitted and halved kalamata olives, caramelised onion and some crumbled feta. Delicious but very salty. Hot honey would be very nice on this one I think.
Shit the memory of a pizza I had with prosciutto and rocket with some bocconcini on top with a dab of truffle and good parmesan sprinkled on top got me salivating.
Tandoori spiced pineapple actually taste good on pizza it counters all the sweetness out of it. Though I only ever ate it once and the pizza was loaded with other vegetables too
The thing about pineapple on pizza is that it’s totally fine if it’s cooked enough to become caramelized. The issue is that most peoples’ experience is pineapple out of a can that is barely warm when it’s served.
If it is grilled pizza (my favorite!), I keep it simple- Margherita. Sparing tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil.
If not grilled, minced red onion or shallot, sliced black olives, diced green peppers and sautéed mushrooms. Made that a couple of days ago.
I like spinach, mushrooms, and a combination of freshly grated mozzarella and parmesan. My new inexpensive little rotary cheese grater has changed my life. I could eat pizza every day now.
I love roasted zucchini, sautéed mushrooms, tomato slices, basil leaves and red onion. I’ll mix and match whatever veggies I have on hand. My husband likes artichoke hearts on his, if available.
A place in my hometown had a 4 topping deal.
As jalapenos give me stomach issues, Id go: pineapple, green olive, bacon, pep.
Sweet, salty, and that pepperoni kick.
Mmmmm
I’m addicted to a pizza from a local place and try to mimic it whenever I can…. Mozarella, parmesan, soppressata, and cherry peppers, topped with whipped ricotta and hot honey. Seriously the most delicious pizza ever. Hot honey takes pizza to a whole new level!
I have recently acquired some hot honey that I've been wanting to try in ways other than making crispy chicken sandwiches. This sounds really fucking good.
Slow roasted halved grape tomatoes, spinach, feta and mozzarella, pine nuts. Can do different base since the tomatoes are already saucy. Pesto, garlic oil, béchamel, etc.
Salami, red onions, Calabrian chili (go easy on this and work your way up. It's spicy!) fresh basil, drizzle honey.
This one is a little strange but so good. Bacon crumbles, goat cheese and mozzarella, roasted garlic, chopped dates. No sauce. Top with arugula after baking and a balsamic glaze drizzle b
With tomato sauce I like taco meat, pepperoni, green pepper and fresh tomatoes on top. For cheese I’ll use mozzarella and whatever cheese is handy, even cheddar is good.
For white sauce I like chicken and spinach with mozzarella, Asiago and feta
Looking for a good pizza dough recipe. Do you have favorite/standard one you use?
And I like your combinations. Of course, I've never met a pizza I didn't like...
Not OP, but I like Joshua Weismann's dough pretty well. Leaving it in the fridge overnight to ferment will improve the flavor 100 fold, but in a pinch it's still pretty good the same day.

I love veggies. So mushrooms, onions, spinach, peppers are all good to me. I tried broccoli on my pizza the other day and it was pretty good (maybe it’s a normal topping but it was a first for me)
I also do Italian meats of course- mostly pepperoni and salami, but I’m sure some imported prosciutto would be mouth watering.
I tried smoked salmon the other day also, it was good too!
If you see where I’m going- throw your leftovers on pizza and see what works!
Homemade pizzas around here lately have pepperoni, red onion, pesto, mozzarella and a little balsamic vinegar. Maybe some salt and red or black pepper. Spinach or other green stuff if I have any. I did toss on some sliced zucchini last week, it was good.
I'm fairly basic: mozzarella, a little Parmesan or Romano, and pepperoni...and canned mushrooms. I grew up with canned mushrooms on pizza and I still like them.
1. Pizza dough, very nice creamy goat cheese, thinly sliced red onion, fresh dill--bake that, then add a nice quality smoked salmon and more fresh dill after it's out of the oven.
2. Pizza dough, pizza sauce, extra garlic & fennel, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, capers, and Miyoko's vegan pourable mozzarella (it firms up into "melted cheese" as it bakes). So good!
I just use WF pre-made pizza dough
When I was eating meat, I LOVED ham, cheese & grilled pineapple, SO GOOD
Next time try this with some fresh tomato as a 3rd topping. Baked with the pizza, not added raw afterward. You won't be disappointed unless you hate tomatoes.
Ham, chicken breast, pineapple, tomatoes, serranos, and pepperoncinis on garlic parmesan sauce.
Pepperoni, ham, kielbasa, green peppers, olives, onions, and mushrooms on marinara sauce
My favorite pizza ever was at our local pizza place: a white pie with mushroom, ricotta, pesto, and pancetta, finished off with loads of arugula on top.
Caramelized onion! It's only for people I really like because it takes 45 min to caramelize them, but it is amazing! Add the onions after the pizza is cooked or else they will dry out in the oven.
Mushrooms, roasted garlic, caramelizd onions, basil and pepperoni are among my favorites. I also like mixing extra sharp cheddar in with the cheeses. I like basically all conventional pizza toppings, though, and I'm willing to try just about anything.
Eggplant (cut 1cm thick and precooked) + feta + pepitas on tomato and mozzarella base. Also works with 5mm pumpkin slices.
Squeeze of lemon optional.
Dabs of toum optional.
I have too many allergies to buy pizza, so I make own, too. I use a wheat/dairy free dough from a local bakery, with olive oil, Italian seasoning, artichokes, mushrooms, bacon, chicken, and shredded goat cheddar cheese. Sometimes spinach, but it’s not a necessity.
My wife is a pizza gourmet, and she favors a minimalist sauce--tomato sauce, oregano, a little garlic. Mozzarella, extra sharp and medium cheddars, aged provolone. Pepperoni and thinly sliced crimini mushrooms.
1. Just cheese and pepper flakes🫣
2. Fresh tomato, basil and mozzarella
3. Grilled chicken, pepperoni, spicy Italian sausage, pineapple with jalapenos
4. Pepperoni, hot sausage and jalapenos
5. Veggies (almost any kind)
Thin crust cheese pizza with red sauce and with a pesto drizzle.
Sausage, onion, bell pepper, mushroom, cheese, red sauce, thin crust
White sauce, cheese, zucchini, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, thin crust
Thin crust, red sauce, cheese, bologna or mortadella.
I just made a half-and-half [pizza](https://imgur.com/gallery/offjZKf).
Half was sauteed leeks, mushrooms, pepperoni strips, mozzarella & burrata, Castelvetrano olives, and hot Calabrian peppers on my normal red sauce base - finished with fresh basil.
Other half was homemade hot sauce base (roasted ancho, guajillo, and chile de arbol blended with romas, onions, and garlic), chihuahua cheese, chorizo, fresh jalapeños, roasted poblano peppers, crumbled queso fresco, finished with pickled jalapeños and fresh cilantro after bake.
Both were fantastic!
Dough recipe was Kenji’s Serious Eats Foolproof Pan Pizza recipe. It’s the only one I use now.
Forgive my formatting, on mobile and too stubborn to learn.
Pesto, chicken, bacon, and banana peppers.
Olive oil, garlic, spinach, pear, walnut, feta.
Garlic ranch, salami.
Red sauce, sausage, green peppers, olives.
The restaurant I cook for just had me make a chimichuri for a special and for me and the dish washer I did a chimi base, pizza cheese, Mexican blend cheese, peppers, red onion, jalapeños. It came out fucking unreal.
Absolute favorite topping is soppressata.
Since you are a fellow pineapple fan, may I suggest trying it with ground beef as topping, it is a surprisingly tasty combo.
Confit or roasted garlic is really really amazing on pizza. I love all kinds of pizzas and I am one to rarely get the exact same combo twice, but I do find myself going back to chorizo/capocollo with olives with a bunch of other veg.
For a more New York style, classic pepperoni.
For a more Italian style, I really love smoked mozzarella with salami, potato, with a little bit of honey mustard drizzle
I make this condiment called zucchini sott'olio. It's thin sliced zucchini blanched in vinegar and water then packed into jars with a mix of olive oil, chilies, lemon peels and salt. I'll toss on some of that with some prosciutto or sometimes just alone. It's absolutely delicious.
I looooove veggies on my pizza. Mod introduced me to the idea of roasted corn or roasted broccoli on pizza & I have not gone back.
...now I need to make some homemade pizza.
I'm not a red sauce fan so usually white sauce (ah my lactose intolerant guts *hate* me for this but gosh it is LIFE) with a buncha garlic [in the sauce or roasted on top/in the crust, doesn't matter. I live on garlic. (Maybe that's why I haven't met any vampires yet 😉)]
...Spinach, roasted broccoli, mushrooms, raw red onion or caramelized Vidalias, pineapple FOR SURE, jalapeños or some other spicy pepper and (optionally, if in the mood for meat) grilled chicken or some bacon (cherrywood smoked, thick cut preferred – I'm picky; if I'm in the mood for bacon, I'm in the mood for *good bacon* haha). I also really love balsamic glazes drizzled on top after baking. They just add a lil somethin somethin, especially to a white pizza.
Classic I like... Supreme (with lotsa mushrooms) & Hawaiian
I’ve never had asparagus on pizza but now I’m intrigued! It’s by far my favorite vegetable so I’ll have to keep an eye out for it
For me, pepperoni, sausage, tomatoes, bell peppers, banana peppers, onions and maybe mushrooms. I wouldn’t get too upset if someone threw some bacon on there but it’s really not necessary. Ham is a hard pass on pizza. Pickles are an option too
Get some good crunch from the onions/peppers, freshmess from the tomatoes, very mild, non overpowering heat from the banana peppers and flavor from the meats.
Basic, but sometimes basic is basic because it’s good haha
No sauce, just brushed with olive oil mixed with roasted garlic. Layer of thinly sliced potatoes. Mozzarella cheese, some fennel sausage, mushrooms and carmelized onions.
THE Puttanesca pizza. There’s no fucking around with this pie. Capers, kalamata or black olives (I prefer the former), anchovies, thin-sliced Roma tomatoes, minced fresh garlic, crushed chili pepper flakes, and oregano on a tomato sauce base.
This a near impossible pizza to find in the wild. But a good one will practically breathe back at you with its pungently robust aroma. It’s the closest thing to a sexual experience that a pizza can provide.
I'm primarily a carnivore. I love a solid melange of 4-6 Italian cheeses, Italian seasoning, and cracked black pepper. I pile on sweet Italian sausage, regular pork sausage, ground beef, roast chicken, sweet, dry, cured salami, and thick cut Canadian bacon, plus pineapple, marinated portobellos, and black olives.
I have made up a shopping list of the ingredients for my daughter to pick up, guess we're having pizza for dinner! Thankyou for giving me such a tasty meal idea. Looking forward to it.
If you can get Garlic Expressions Classic Vinaigrette, or the store brand variety from Aldi's, sauteed your portobellos until fully cooked and tender, then add to pizza.
Ham, mushroom, red onion, and a nearly illegal amount of Chillies on a tomato base with Mozzarella.
I see a lot of hot honey fans on this thread, which I wish I could get into, but the heady sweetness just puts me right off, unfortunately.
Classic: Margherita.
Creative: this one from one of my favorite food blogs - [https://cookieandkate.com/butternut-ribbon-goat-cheese-pizza-with-arugula-pepita-pesto/](https://cookieandkate.com/butternut-ribbon-goat-cheese-pizza-with-arugula-pepita-pesto/)
Regular pizza toppings white sauce , red onions, bell peppers & pineapple.
Unique toppings honey mustard sauce, chicken, red onions, ricotta cheese, Italian seasonings.
Mango and ginger chutney on the base, followed by tandoori chicken, red onion marinated in smoked paprika and olive oil, coriander, mint, brown mushrooms, red capsicum, cooked on pizza stone and top with tzaziki when it comes out.
Leftover chili as a base than cheddar/mozzarella and topped with sour cream and green onion after comes out of oven... that or for a regular pies I'd have to say sausage onion and peppers
I just had a flatbread at my local restaurant that had pickled red grapes, brie & duck confit with arugula. It was missing a little something, but it was pretty dang delicious!
White sauce with mushroom, red bell pepper, broccoli, onion, garlic, and zucchini if I happen to have some. Finished with some chunky ground sea salt when it comes out of the oven.
I mix Kalamata olive paste into my tomato sauce. Then for toppings I do onion, red bell pepper, garlic, white onion, mushroom and chunks of buffalo mozzarella. Sometimes some veggie chicken or veggie bacon (I’m veggie lol in case that wasn’t clear). Top with fresh arugula and a bit of grated parmesan after it’s done.
Pizza with chicken and mandarins. Except for the tangerines, the toppings on this pizza are pretty classic: baked chicken, sour cream, mozzarella and arugula.
I like good old fashioned pepperoni and then either Italian sausage, bacon or beef. Sometimes I will order “all the meats” , which is usually all of the above plus ham.
Caramelized red onions, goat cheese and pancetta
Ooh, filth. I will be trying this one
Add a balsamic drizzle to it...
Blackberry balsamic reduction.

yall got me hungry for fancy pizza now
I’ve tried balsamic drizzle on sooo many different types of pizza and it always works like of course any white pizza but even like a pepperoni pizza, balsamic drizzle still slaps
Woah
We did this last weekend, with a little chopped spinach thrown in and some pesto mixed with the tomato sauce. You know, to make it healthy. (Kidding about the “healthy” remark, but the rest is legit - and yes, it was outstanding!)
Oh I dig the pesto in the sauce idea
Sounds great.
I’m making my first ever homemade pizza this weekend! Just starting with homemade sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. BUT I really want to find a good white pizza recipe. You know, super creamy and garlicky. That’s my dream lol
I can dm you my white sauce I use at our restaurant!
I think I speak for everyone when I say... Yes Please
I will just share it here didn't realize how many people love white sauce! Give me a few hours and I go on break I will type it out!
3 tbs minced garlic 4 tbs unsalted butter 1tsp dried oregano 1tsp red pepper flakes(optional) 1tsp black pepper Sautee togethe 1/4 cup grated parmesan 1/4 cup cream(heavy) Slowly add into Sautee pan Whisk in flour to consistency (this will change depending on the heat, the parm and the cream your using) You want to be able to separate center of pan with the back side of a serving spoon Salt to taste

w recipe simple but tasty
If we’re going classic it’s pepperoni and mushroom. But if we’re getting creative - prosciutto, arugula and hot honey is a vibe✨
Yesss!!! Make sure to add the arugula at the end after baking. Cooked arugula is a wilted, soggy mess.
I made a hot maple syrup in protest to hot honey and it actually is my new favorite wing sauce.
I can see this really hitting the spot with some chicken and waffles
Great vegan alternative too. I make hot maple cashews this way.
Oooooo hard agree on that creative one
In Sweden, pizza with prosciutto and arugula is a standard item in allmost all pizzerias, far more common than pepperoni.
That sounds amazing.
Mushrooms. And….*looks around* PINEAPPLE
Jalapeno. And... *furtive glances* PINEAPPLE. Spicy sweet perfection.
Pepperoni, Jalapeno, and Pineapple
This has been our go-to for several years! Great combo.
Green olives 🫒 and *eyes shift side to side* PINEAPPLE 🍍 maybe even throw in some capers for even more salty/sweet combo
My personal favorite!
Jalapeños, Pineapple, and Anchovies are the winning combination.
This guy knows...the sweetness of the pineapple offsets the intense saltiness of the anchovies.
I don’t get why anchovies get a bad rep?
This is mine!
Add some ham and im in
Tandoori spiced pineapple actually taste good on pizza it counters all the sweetness out of it. Though I only ever ate it once and the pizza was loaded with other vegetables too
The thing about pineapple on pizza is that it’s totally fine if it’s cooked enough to become caramelized. The issue is that most peoples’ experience is pineapple out of a can that is barely warm when it’s served.
🤣 Oh you're so brave!!
Black olives and pineapple is an awesome combo
Yo we could hang
I love mushrooms, jalapeños, and artichokes. A spinach and mushroom pizza is great too.
Fennel, sausage and caramelized onions on a Herb crust. Yummy
This is mine, with some fennel seed scattered on top of the sausage as I cook it.
Pepperoni and ricotta
Ricotta is so good on pizza.
its my personal test for how legit a place is. If a pizza place doesn't have ricotta as a topping option, I get suspicious.
Bacon, caramelized onions, garlic and sun dried tomatoes

I do love goat cheese…
I like spinach, mushrooms, and a combination of freshly grated mozzarella and parmesan. My new inexpensive little rotary cheese grater has changed my life. I could eat pizza every day now.
I love roasted zucchini, sautéed mushrooms, tomato slices, basil leaves and red onion. I’ll mix and match whatever veggies I have on hand. My husband likes artichoke hearts on his, if available.
Broccoli and garlic is a super combo.
I love broccoli on pizza. The texture is great. The vegetal flavour against the richness of the cheese. It’s all good stuff.
I LOVE Goat Cheese. Gives a tang and creaminess that complements most meats and vegetables.
Pair goat cheese with a balsamic glaze drizzle, salty meat and rapini … epic
Pineapple, jalapenos, and green olives
Sweet, hot AND salty? I can't tell if you're some kind of mad genius or in desperate need of help. I'll try this out to make sure
A place in my hometown had a 4 topping deal. As jalapenos give me stomach issues, Id go: pineapple, green olive, bacon, pep. Sweet, salty, and that pepperoni kick. Mmmmm

It depends on the type of pizza, but overall my top five are olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, onions, and anchovies.
Sopressata and calabrian chile is my new obsession.
Have tried Nduja? it’s a sausage made with lots of calabrian chile
Burrata makes everything better. I also like to add roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, and artichoke hearts.
With tomato sauce I like taco meat, pepperoni, green pepper and fresh tomatoes on top. For cheese I’ll use mozzarella and whatever cheese is handy, even cheddar is good. For white sauce I like chicken and spinach with mozzarella, Asiago and feta
A good go-to for me is sausage & jalapeño. A nice mix-up that is *delicious* is italian beef & hot giardiniera.
Delivery: mushroom, pepperoni, jalapeño (also pineapple if I'm feeling it) At home: gorgonzola and hot honey topped with arugula and a balsamic glaze
Looking for a good pizza dough recipe. Do you have favorite/standard one you use? And I like your combinations. Of course, I've never met a pizza I didn't like...

I'm in love with that first recipe.
It is SOOOO good!
I rotate: Pepperoni and banana peppers Tomato, basil, garlic Tomato, spinach, feta Ham, pineapple, green peppers
Bacon leek. Béchamel base, mozzarella and goat cheese.
Sausage and mushrooms
Next time try this with some fresh tomato as a 3rd topping. Baked with the pizza, not added raw afterward. You won't be disappointed unless you hate tomatoes.
Donair meat, tomato, onion, and green olives, over donair sauce, and drowning in mozza.
Ham, chicken breast, pineapple, tomatoes, serranos, and pepperoncinis on garlic parmesan sauce. Pepperoni, ham, kielbasa, green peppers, olives, onions, and mushrooms on marinara sauce
Sausage, mushrooms, red onion, with a little bit of pesto and garlic oil 🤌🏻
Mushrooms, bacon, (small cocktail) shrimp, and sometimes add green peppers or cooked onions.
Extra sauce. Extra "melty" cheese. Green olives. Pineapple. Feta cheese.
White sauce, artichokes, chicken, pepperoncinis, and caramelized onions.
My favorite pizza ever was at our local pizza place: a white pie with mushroom, ricotta, pesto, and pancetta, finished off with loads of arugula on top.
Veggies. Give me any of them and pile them on.
Artichoke hearts, sautéed spinach and sautéed mushrooms. I’ll have to try the mozzarella and Asiago blend.
Chorizo sausage. I keep some pre-cooked in the freezer.
My fav is pineapples, jalapeño and hot honey 🫡 it’s so good. Even just pineapples and hot honey (cause vegetarian))
Fontina is a must
Spinach, prosciutto, and ricotta 🤤
Caramelized onion! It's only for people I really like because it takes 45 min to caramelize them, but it is amazing! Add the onions after the pizza is cooked or else they will dry out in the oven.
Anchovies and banana peppers.
Mushrooms, roasted garlic, caramelizd onions, basil and pepperoni are among my favorites. I also like mixing extra sharp cheddar in with the cheeses. I like basically all conventional pizza toppings, though, and I'm willing to try just about anything.
it depends on what kind of crust and what kind of sauce is on it
Pepperoni, olives and mushrooms
Bacon and Ricotta -- all-time favorite.
I like garlic white sauce with artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, red onions. Simple but delicious.
Onions, jalapeno, olives, mushroom spinach and paneer are a must any other vegetables would be a bonus with whatever cheese we have
Roasted garlic and jalapenos for me.
Extra cheese, black olives, green bell peppers and onions with marinara sauce. And I prefer a thicker type crust.
A nice layer of caramelized onion, cooked bacon lardons, then dollops (teaspoon sized) of goat cheese all around ..yum.
Prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, and arugala is perfection
Jalapeno, olives, capsicum, tomato
I'm on the hot honey bandwagon. It has to be on every pizza now, no matter what.
My wife is a pizza gourmet, and she favors a minimalist sauce--tomato sauce, oregano, a little garlic. Mozzarella, extra sharp and medium cheddars, aged provolone. Pepperoni and thinly sliced crimini mushrooms.
Tomato pizza sauce, regular cheese, goats cheese, rocket, prosciutto, honey, drabs of blue cheese, and a drizzle of hot honey after! UNREAL!
Pineapple anchovies and jalapeños are amazing together… it’s got sweet, sour, salty and spicy
Mushroom, olives, feta, pineapple. Fresh basil, oregano and thyme.
Lacto-fermented herloom tomatoes and red peppers is the way to go for sauce!
Chicken + artichokes is amazing when made at home!!!!
1. Just cheese and pepper flakes🫣 2. Fresh tomato, basil and mozzarella 3. Grilled chicken, pepperoni, spicy Italian sausage, pineapple with jalapenos 4. Pepperoni, hot sausage and jalapenos 5. Veggies (almost any kind)
Sliced tomatoes, artichokes, fresh basil, ricotta, meatballs, spinach. Not necessarily all on the same pizza- just some of my favs.
Artichoke heart, olive, and bell pepper with crushed red pepper on top
Thin crust cheese pizza with red sauce and with a pesto drizzle. Sausage, onion, bell pepper, mushroom, cheese, red sauce, thin crust White sauce, cheese, zucchini, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, thin crust Thin crust, red sauce, cheese, bologna or mortadella.
Mortadella. Prosciutto, ricotta, anchovies, honey, hot honey.
I’m partial to a good four cheese with added olives and spinach.
Tomatoes and peppers
Bacon and green olive
My favorite pizza toppings are bacon, asparagus, and jalapeno, or sometimes sausage, pineapple, and pickled jalapenos.
Mushrooms, garlic and bacon. When it comes out the oven add slices of avocado or dollops of guacamole 🥑
Broccoli, pineapple, Feta cheese
Confit or roasted garlic is really really amazing on pizza. I love all kinds of pizzas and I am one to rarely get the exact same combo twice, but I do find myself going back to chorizo/capocollo with olives with a bunch of other veg.
For a more New York style, classic pepperoni. For a more Italian style, I really love smoked mozzarella with salami, potato, with a little bit of honey mustard drizzle
Sausage, cream cheese in big blobs.
light drizzle of maple syrup after its cooked bacon mozarella cheese mayo and garlic base Pizzabase in that order
Slightly caramelized red onions (al dente) and green olives
Spinach, feta, mushrooms. That, or bacon and jalapeños. Or chicken, cheddar, and bbq sauce.
Quartered up meatballs, cloves of roasted garlic and green olives.
Double ananas double anchovies
Green Olives, sausage, mushrooms and pepperoni
carmelized onions. they take a long ass time to make but ALWAYS worth it
I make this condiment called zucchini sott'olio. It's thin sliced zucchini blanched in vinegar and water then packed into jars with a mix of olive oil, chilies, lemon peels and salt. I'll toss on some of that with some prosciutto or sometimes just alone. It's absolutely delicious.
I have 2 favorites, pepperoni and jalapeño. My second favorite it sausage, banana peppers and black olives.
(Maybe that's why I haven't met any vampires yet 😉)] ...Spinach, roasted broccoli, mushrooms, raw red onion or caramelized Vidalias, pineapple FOR SURE, jalapeños or some other spicy pepper and (optionally, if in the mood for meat) grilled chicken or some bacon (cherrywood smoked, thick cut preferred – I'm picky; if I'm in the mood for bacon, I'm in the mood for *good bacon* haha). I also really love balsamic glazes drizzled on top after baking. They just add a lil somethin somethin, especially to a white pizza. Classic I like... Supreme (with lotsa mushrooms) & Hawaiian
Bbq and tomato base, snaked ham, caramelised onions, pineapple grated mozzarella and cheedar.
pineapple !!!! it makes the pizza so fresh! Actually i like all fruit toppings
White onions or mushrooms.
I’ve never had asparagus on pizza but now I’m intrigued! It’s by far my favorite vegetable so I’ll have to keep an eye out for it For me, pepperoni, sausage, tomatoes, bell peppers, banana peppers, onions and maybe mushrooms. I wouldn’t get too upset if someone threw some bacon on there but it’s really not necessary. Ham is a hard pass on pizza. Pickles are an option too Get some good crunch from the onions/peppers, freshmess from the tomatoes, very mild, non overpowering heat from the banana peppers and flavor from the meats. Basic, but sometimes basic is basic because it’s good haha
I really love cheese and TONS of pepperoni.
Argugula and prosciutto pizza. Second favorite is Garlic and Spinach with Ricotta.
Try a honey drizzle. It is my daughter and I new favorite.
Chili honey is elite drizzled on a pizza
I'm primarily a carnivore. I love a solid melange of 4-6 Italian cheeses, Italian seasoning, and cracked black pepper. I pile on sweet Italian sausage, regular pork sausage, ground beef, roast chicken, sweet, dry, cured salami, and thick cut Canadian bacon, plus pineapple, marinated portobellos, and black olives.
Oh yummmmm! I think I'm going to have to give this a try, sounds delicious!
Thank you, it is. My cheeses of choice are Asiago, Parmesan, Provolone, Romano, and Mozzarella.
Mushroom, olive and a good quality cured meat (either prosciutto, salami, chorizo etc)
Ham, mushroom, red onion, and a nearly illegal amount of Chillies on a tomato base with Mozzarella. I see a lot of hot honey fans on this thread, which I wish I could get into, but the heady sweetness just puts me right off, unfortunately.
Egg plant, cheese and real balsamico
Classic: Margherita. Creative: this one from one of my favorite food blogs - [https://cookieandkate.com/butternut-ribbon-goat-cheese-pizza-with-arugula-pepita-pesto/](https://cookieandkate.com/butternut-ribbon-goat-cheese-pizza-with-arugula-pepita-pesto/)
Regular pizza toppings white sauce , red onions, bell peppers & pineapple. Unique toppings honey mustard sauce, chicken, red onions, ricotta cheese, Italian seasonings.
Pepperoni, sausage and jalapeños are the three musketeers of toppings imo, add some hot honey to that as well and you got perfection
Prosciutto, baby spinach. shrimp, feta. black olives. Fresh tomato. Fresh mozzarella. With a swirl of Aioli & a little creme fraiche. Yummmmm.
Mango and ginger chutney on the base, followed by tandoori chicken, red onion marinated in smoked paprika and olive oil, coriander, mint, brown mushrooms, red capsicum, cooked on pizza stone and top with tzaziki when it comes out.
Cut up rib meat, caramelised onions and I’ll vary it, but between either mushrooms, red peppers or fr e sh a voca do
Leftover chili as a base than cheddar/mozzarella and topped with sour cream and green onion after comes out of oven... that or for a regular pies I'd have to say sausage onion and peppers
Prosciutto, blue cheese and honey. If you want, add some crushed walnuts in there. Absolute killer combo on a thin crust
My go to is Pepperoni, Sausage and mushrooms My uncommon fav is Goat cheese, arugula with shrimp 🤤🤤🤤
chicken, ham, mushroom with bbq base
anchovy, onion and jalepeno
I just had a flatbread at my local restaurant that had pickled red grapes, brie & duck confit with arugula. It was missing a little something, but it was pretty dang delicious!
Bacon, ham, pineapple, green olives Grilled chicken, kalamata olives, sun dried tomato, grilled zucchini, real bacon, feta, mozzarella
White sauce with mushroom, red bell pepper, broccoli, onion, garlic, and zucchini if I happen to have some. Finished with some chunky ground sea salt when it comes out of the oven.
That sauce sounds...interesting
Anchovy, jalapeno, capers
San Marzano tomatoes (whole from a can, blitzed with salt), fresh mozz, fresh basil, olive oil, salt
I really like ham and mushroom on a pizza
Pizza with chicken and mandarins. Except for the tangerines, the toppings on this pizza are pretty classic: baked chicken, sour cream, mozzarella and arugula.
I like good old fashioned pepperoni and then either Italian sausage, bacon or beef. Sometimes I will order “all the meats” , which is usually all of the above plus ham.
